What is the difference between this location and motel 6? Cost to stay….Marriott properties have amenities motel 6 doesn’t. But not at this location. Why pay a premium for amenities that they do not offer.

This hotel has had a nice update since their pictures were posted, HOWEVER, ask for housekeeping. I stayed Monday night through Friday morning and none was given.There is no sink besides the bathroom sink it the rooms, which is annoying if you are staying for the week. Netflix and prime video are available for you to log into on the TV.

The front desk clerk was great! I was frustrated at trying to get to the location and he calmed me right down.The bartender was not really interested in selling drinks or food and it showed in how she handled our order and how quickly she closed us out. I think she was more interested in the other group there. She lost sales as a result. The hotel closed the portfolio out while I was asleep which meant they lost a breakfast sale.The parking lot was not well kept. There was ice everywhere presenting a very dangerous situation and no sand, salt or scrapping evident.The room was an odd design which made it impossible to bring it the luggage cart. The hotel only has one full size luggage cart and a half-size cart. This was very inconvenient for us as we needed the full size in the morning, but could not get it and were stuck trying to make the other one work from the second floor to the first floor.This is not a place I would use again. There are other options and I will avail myself of them the next time I am traveling through Arkansas.

Room was dated. Mold in the shower. It does seem they are renovating as someone started jackhammering tile in the room above us at about 8am. We weren't told about this possibility.

Made reservations with no issue but I got to hotel, I was refused check in because of my address being 30 miles away. The worst experience ever. There was no warning or anything online about a radius for being able to reserve a room. Will never reserve a room at any Courtyard by Marriott.

Got cancelled on when i arrived for check in. Front desk manager stated they will not book a room to people from my ZIP code. RidiculousJan 5 update: the owner's response is a flat out lie. They tripled down on their absurd "policy" to me and to corporate complaint services. Do NOT stay here.

This place is under heavy construction. Even the nice rooms (after you wade through construction debris and caution tape) kill with new carpet smellSafety: I feel unsafe in the debris and in an elevator that is taped up with cardboard. This place should not be accepting customers

Stayed on 10/5 and the room was newly renovated but beware that there is major construction going on in property at this moment. If you like to sleep past 7AM you will want to stay at a different property. I’m surprised this designation was not posted on the Bonvoy website at booking. Otherwise this is a consistent property, but I’ll call in advance to ensure they are finished before staying again. (Titanium member)You will be parking in a construction zone and walk through construction to get to your room

I interacted with a gentleman named Cory (Operations Manager). Check in was a breeze, and Cory was super inviting and attentive. He even went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a 10/10! The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We ate breakfast at the Bistro there in the hotel, and Rita was AMAZING!! The food was on point, hot and fresh! I would definitely recommend this hotel, and would 100% stay here again in the future!!! Thank you all who made my stay the best!

Met there for a monthly meeting. Manager got the meeting room for free, which was nice, but there is considerable renovation going on at this time. Started well after lunch, but then the drywall saws got going. Couldn’t hear each other at all. Moved to the lounge area. Okay but not private. May go back after work is completed.

I called the Courtyard by Marriott number. Agent was Pearl. She was nice but Asian accent was hard to understand and getting 3 rooms took 18 minutes! I needed 2 beds per room, ended up with beds and sofas. I paid $30 per room more that a relative who also booked same type room.When I checked in the front desk said the higher rate was because I called a 3rd party agent! But the number I called was listed under Courtyard by Marriott! She answered the phone as Courtyard by Marriott. I checked my call log and it shows as Cabot Arkansas!!! Not a major hub for a worldwide Hotel chain!The only problem we had after check-in was finding there were no sheets or blankets on the sofa beds. None of them. I had to go to the front desk and pick them up. I paid for rooms with sofa beds but was told their policy was to give them to guests when they request sheets! One of the rooms had water from the sink leaking on the floor and found the u joint pipe disconnected!Also I would have liked a continental breakfast. But I understand your Bistro would generate more income. Funny thing was we never saw any guests in the bistro.

Didn't feel comfortable here. To me, not a good location, right next to a busy interstate. No place for smoking patrons to do so. Smells, no hot shower. No continental breakfast? Over 100 dollars and had to purchase breakfast ??. The worst part though was having to smell the marijuana as I waited to ask the clerk about coffee. Horrible!! Will stay away!!!!!
