If I could leave a zero star review I would. My phone was disconnected the day after I made a payment that was taken out of my checking account. The day I made a payment my daughter lost her phone and I went into the store with her to get another. Usually when I go to the store any fees that are due are collected at the store before you leave. The rep did not say any fees were due and she added on insurance on the phone without my permission. The next day my co-worker tried to call me and send me a text. She sent me an email stating my phone was shut off and she could not reach me. I tried calling her and it was disconnected so I called cricket customer service and they said my phone was shut off due to an $8.00 balance and I would have to pay reconnection fees. I explained that the rep at the store didn't say anything was due and I had no clue. I asked her to remove the insurance because I did not authorize it and remove the reconnection fees. She removed the insurance and temporarily reconnected my phone and I have 5 days to pay the reconnection fees. I have called CS 5 times with no resolution and have been on hold for hours for them to hang up on me. I have been to the store 2 times with the exact same rep telling me she can't remove the reconnection fees and admitting it was her error and a glitch in the system. She said this same incident happended to two other people and cricket waived their reconnect fees but they wont waive mines. They took my money and I have 2 days to find another phone carrier. I will be disputing this payment with my bank. I basically paid them for a month of services that I will not be able to use. I have been a customer with them for years and they will be losing a customer due to a glitch that their reps refuse to resolve. I refuse to pay for something that was done without my knowledge.

Store smelled fresh and didn't have much traffic I paid my bill quickly without waiting in line

Recently switched over, very quick and polite.. I think it was a worker named Reyna who helped me.. will definitely come in again for more accessories.

When I came into the Cricket store, I had an issue with my phone. There was a wonderful young salespersonnamed Reyna who immediately came over to help me fix my problem. I was having a problem getting into my email account and accessing my Google account as well. She took my phone knew what to do. Really knowledgeable and professional, but also really helpful and sweet. PLEASE KEEP THIS ONE! I like her.
