I must say I went in not expecting there to be a real high bar for customer service and man was I wrong the young lady Sarah was working alone and had a long line when things got stressful she handled the situation very professionally probably the best Cricket experience I've had in awhile

Best cricket in town, the young lady in the front went above and beyond to help me get a new phone. Even though she had a pretty big line she helped everyone in no time! she even helped me get all my stuff from my old broken phone to my new iphone.
