The customer service at this location is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. The women that work at the desk lack basic front facing customer service skills, rude, and incompetent. Their manager is as well, because instead of offering any type of proper solution, they laugh with their employees.

Customer service reps weren't very welcoming. Every phone we were interested in, was out of stock. I think they have a hard time keeping someone employed there. I ve given this store 3 chances, and it's always been the same.

Line is always too long and it seems like i run in to pay a bill and the person RIGHT infront of me is a new coustomer and needs help with selection of handset, help with pricing and getting the phone set up, then they are graciously educated by your staff...all of this taking about a half hour, all the while the line has grown and all i want to do is make a simple cash payment. Aahhhh frustrating. They could have somebody reserved for just taking payments to avoid the hastle for your customers. Thanks Reading
