Never answer the phone, always a long line with customers being ignored. Prescriptions are never ready in a reasonable amount of time and it's impossible to know what's going on with it getting filled since they don't answer the phone (you can hear how many people are waiting on hold when you're in line, I've heard up to 8 people on the phone with 10 people waiting in line). Easily the worst CVS pharmacy I've ever tried to use.

This place is always cold, quiet, and sterile felling. Exactly what I want in my pharmacy! (Not a joke?) Prices are high, just about what you would plan to pay at Walgreens but actually have some cuter stuff.

This is the most disorganized drugstore. Waits are often 3 or 4 hours. I dropped a script off at 3 and it is near 7 pm. Their computers say that they do not have medicines, but they do. DO NOT GO TO THIS CVS!!!

Regrese mas tarde y todavía espere una hora pq no lo tenia preparado.

Rude pharmacist and slow. Was told to come back at 2 to pick up prescription, went back at 330 and was told to come back the next day. Went back the next day at 230 and was told it would not be ready for 2 more hours. It was finally ready at 5:30

This has to be the worst CVS on earth. I had some prescriptions about a month ago that was called in from Urgent Care. I was told that the pharmacist was behind over 26 pages. I had to wait for several days to pick up my prescriptions, and I was inside the pharmacy. Today I waited over an hour in the drive through. There were 3 cars in front of me(which it should not have taken over an hour to assist). I finally got to the window and the lady walks off from the window and after about 3 minutes she comes back to the window and says “ WE ARE CLOSED” in a very unprofessional manner. I said ma’am we(me and the car behind me)have been waiting in this line for over an hour. She said again we closed. The pharmacist in the background saying something smart for her to relay to the customers. I am outraged with the customer service shown from this store. I am moving pharmacies. I see why so many of your stores are closing. This has to be the absolute worst pharmacy ever.

Has gotten new staff and now I have been able to see much improvement in the customer service & the turnaround time when waiting on prescriptions... Keep it up!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with in my entire life. It's located at 1122 S University Avenue-Little Rock, AR. You can never get through to the pharmacy after many attempts throughout the day. The young person that identified himself as the Store Manager is always rude and smart mouth with you. The wait time on the phone is horrible. Apparently they do not choose to deal with the customers but they do appear to love RX's called in by Physician's Office. All of my RX's will be transferred immediately from their ill run pharmacy to another pharmacy that seems to care for my business, much more customer friendly and professional. I would never refer them to anyone under any circumstances. If it will do any good at all I'm going to contact the Corporate Office with my complaint.

Convenient location next to the hotel we stayed in. One entrance located at the back of the building, but plenty of parking available. Large selection of items and open late.

I came here and was checking out and the cashier named William yelled at me. He told me to press the red button but I was reading what the message was stating about "receiving text alerts" and he yelled at me "red." Like I know I'm brown and maybe it's assumed I don't read or speak English as there is so much prejudice in the south but he should be more respectful and not yell at me as though I can't hear or understand. As the customer it's my right to read anything on the screen before I press any button. I always donate too when CVS is doing a fundraiser so this is unacceptable from a cashier to yell at a woman too.
