I would have to be crawling on my last leg before I use this pharmacy again..... this morning I have my doctor's appointment like I have for the past 4 years. had my refill called in. received a message from CVS stating that they were going to have to order it cuz it wasn't in stock, Cool. no big deal. I get it.... but then later in the day was wondering if they could simply transfer it to another store. so called it this location and asked and was told they could fill it with the same medicine but different SKU.
awesome! great customer service right? well not so much. I told the girl when she told me she could fill it with a different skew that I would probably pick it up tomorrow. then received a text stating that it was ready for pickup and because I happen to be in the area stopped by.
well what a surprise it is that the new pharmacists who just started has no idea what she's talking about. acts like there's some type of issue and won't give me my medication.
I guess that really sucks for CVS. that one person can ruin a multi-year relationship like this. But I will now be done with this pharmacy.
Literally the only reason it's not in my hands right now, is because it was out of stock this morning, now it's in stock, and some new girl is telling me I can not have it..... Y'all really need to train these people better, y'all playing with people's health

This pharmacy is one tf the worst that I have had the displeasure of dealing with. This new "streamlining" of the system where you cannot speak to anyone in the pharmacy; instead, you have to leave a voicemail and hope that you get a callback. If the service was good, maybe I could overlook the aforementioned inconveniences. But the cherry on top is the fact that they can't even fill medicine correctly; further, for people not well versed in insurance/medical stuff, they make it seem like reasonable requests, like transferring a noncontrolled substance between locations, is an insurmountable obstacle. They do not care about customer service.

Despite not having the biggest team of staff, every time I've been here and had issues or questions, the whole team have super nice and incredibly helpful!
Even when there's been a long line of people during a rush, they still treat me and the other people in line with dignity and respect, and really show that they care!

I can’t get no one to answer phones. What hours are they open this Christmas week. I went to the store three times, nobody there., and this after 10 am on weekdays

It is 1009am. They are suppose to be opened by 9. No one is here. Phone keeps ringing. No one at target wants to help because they stated CVS is completely separate. There are people that are in pain waiting for their medication.

I transferred several prescriptions but they didn't get added to the system until I called after waiting two weeks. Almost every time I there only one person is working and the phone is constantly ringing.

I showed up on a weekend right when they were to open and they advised that they weren’t opening until 2 pm and couldn’t access the weekend refill call on the voicemail at any other stores. They were unapologetic and kept telling me that it wasn’t their fault.
