It is 1009am. They are suppose to be opened by 9. No one is here. Phone keeps ringing. No one at target wants to help because they stated CVS is completely separate. There are people that are in pain waiting for their medication.

I transferred several prescriptions but they didn't get added to the system until I called after waiting two weeks. Almost every time I there only one person is working and the phone is constantly ringing.

I showed up on a weekend right when they were to open and they advised that they weren’t opening until 2 pm and couldn’t access the weekend refill call on the voicemail at any other stores. They were unapologetic and kept telling me that it wasn’t their fault.

Saturday 01/08/20222. The tech at this location was the greatest . She was so helpful with my pharmaceutical needs. She went above and beyond to give me all the information I needed to make a choice . I did not catch her name . Thank you for your great customer service . She needs to be the model for the CVS brand . I just called back to ask for her name. Thank you Libby!

My husband and I have been using this CVS location since we moved to Little Rock 2 years ago, but recently it has really gone down hill. Earlier this week, we had a regular prescription that was supposed to be filled. We went in two days after it was supposed to be filled and it STILL wasn't available. In the past, they would give us a courtesy call when this happened, but this time they didn't and to be honest they haven't been since a recent staff turnover. The next two days, we called to see if it was available yet so we could pick it up, but it kept being delayed.Yesterday, they were not answering the phone so we went in to see what was going on and to get this resolved. They told us that they had a COVID outbreak and were having to close down until next week, but that they would give us a call that day to help us with our prescription. A lady called and said that she transferred the prescription to another CVS in the area so that we wouldn't have to wait until next week to fill it. However, when we called the other location, they informed us that she didn't release it to them so we couldn't pick it up after all.Since the prescription has been delayed so much, we are now at a point where we will be completely out of a MUCH NEEDED medication. I understand that issues arise, but in this case the ball has been dropped MANY times and it has put us in a terrible situation. I DO NOT recommend this location and am looking for a pharmacy I can depend on.

Made an appointment for my covid vaccine and the day of my second shot, my appointment got canceled stating “it was at my request”. I never requested to cancel so I try to call and none of my calls were going through. So I just rescheduled for the same day. It got canceled again! Got my sister to call to see if she could get ahold of a person. The man working at the pharmacy today was being unprofessional and saying to call before the appointment to see if they have any vaccines left because they don’t have enough. I don’t have an appointment anymore! I never got a courtesy call! How do you schedule someone for an appointment and cancel FOR THEM without even calling them to let them know why. That’s why people make appointments!!

Just spent 30 minutes on hold.Used to love this pharmacy when Erin and Nicky were there. Nothing but confusion now. My scripts were called in 2 days ago and I can't even get anyone to answer the phone. Don's pharmacy here I come!

Recent service quality at this location has dropped significantly since Erin and Nikki left. Really hope that someone is paying attention to these reviews as these pharmacists were excellent. Yesterday I spent 17 minutes on hold before giving up completely. Tried again today and was told my and my wife’s prescriptions couldn’t be delivered until Monday (this call was early Friday). Not a good look, CVS.
