The CVS located in Target is a nightmare! The traffic is dreadful, but it is the ONLY one I will go to because the pharmacy staff is hands down incredible.

The only reason why I have decided to give this pharmacy two stars is because of the techs who attempted to assist me. The pharmacist, AMY I’m not sure if that is even her real name because she wouldn’t give me her last name, was beyond rude. According to other reviews, she’s just a rude person. Maybe she should find something she likes to do because clearly this isn’t the career for her.

OMG!!! This place has the most dry and uncaring staff I've ever witnessed. If I didn't have to go I wouldn't ?. This pharmacy don't treat people like subjects instead I felt like an object on the few times I had to go.??????

Terrible service, always out of medication I need. May four trips yesterday, still didn't have ready and out of stock on other. Join me leaving there, going to The Drug Store on Rodney Parham. Took care me in less than 30 minutes

Pharmacist is very dismissive and speaks in corporate buzz words rather than speaking plainly so you can understand. Had an appointment cancelled and was told things like it’s an internal issue and it’s been turned over to CVS.

Don’t bother making appointments and expecting that actually means anything - only once you get to the store and sit down do they tell you that they’re out of stock of the vaccine, and then proceed to make it my problem to figure out how to get a replacement. If y’all took an appointment and can’t make it, the least someone would expect is a heads up in advance, and even if that’s too much, you’d think you’d help to reschedule later on, or offer to reach out when more was available. Horrible location with staff who clearly just don’t care and are overwhelmed by the 2 people on a Saturday AM - go literally anywhere else - this location is trash. The only redeeming part being that it’s in a Target and the whole trip isn’t wasted due to their incompetence.

The customer service that the pharmacist and the pharmacist tech display to me was was terrible. The pharmacist tech did not offer or assist me in any way. I will not recommend this CVS pharmacy to anyone.

The slowest, most unprofessional pharmacy I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with! I changed my pharmacy immediately!
