As locals we are deeply grateful to this store for choosing to be bullish in products and service rather than giving up or going down-market as most department stores have done. This was our second time to choose Dillards instead of going online. To my surprise the same outstanding sales associate, Luke Frauenthal, who helped us in Home Bedding was filling in for a colleague in Luggage and helped me select my wife's brithday present.

Great prices on post holiday items. I do have a concern and I hope Dillard's follow-up with the customer. One of the metal reindeer fell and hit a woman's leg. I don't think she was okay(saw a little blood), she kept reaching for her calf and ankle area & the heavy set employee didn't make her feel better. It wasn't the customer fault it fell. I saw the whole incident.
Update: I found the young lady and is okay. The cut on leg is still sore. She has stated that no one from Dillard's has reached out.
