The website states that the store closes at 11:00 PM. I called after 10:00 PM but before 10:30 PM to confirm the hours, but I received no answer, voicemail, or automated message. I decided to drive there anyway. Upon arrival, I found the doors locked and a sign displaying different hours. This was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. My family member suddenly fell ill, and I needed to grab just a couple items. As I searched for the nearest store, made a phone call, and ended up placing an online order for a different retailer, the doors opened and two employees exited the store at 11:00 PM precisely. Even if the store had closed 30 minutes early for stocking, end-of-day procedures, or other reasons, one of those two employees could have answered the phone and informed me that they would be closing soon.

They are supposed to stay open to 11:00 but they lock the door at 9:45 what am I supposed to do when I need something for one of my kids

Feb review. A month later it's no better. Went in tonight and they didnt have anything we needed so we left without buying anything. Not sure why so many locations are open if they arent even going to keep anything on the shelves. December review: Trash! Worst employee's I have seen at a franchise. Management down. Left my buggy full of groceries at the checkout register and walked out. It is a shame I can only give 1, 1 star review because it has been awful everytime Ive been in.

The lady's working g tonight 7/13/2023 were extremely rude. All three of them didn't want to do their job at all. The blonde head girl with glasses straight out said she didn't want to do anything for them( speaking about us customers inside). The two other girls they were dark haired, were the worst they were laughing at the customers because nobody had cash on them only card. They were young in their twenty's.

Both employees were outside smoking when I pulled up. I don't mind the smoke break but when you have customers inside, at least one employee should be at a register at all times. Upon entering the store, a customer was waiting patiently to be helped. My mother was nice enough to poke her head outside to let the employees know there was someone at the register waiting.

Cashier would not respond that my phone number wasn’t accepted- kept putting my order in as debit and I was paying cash- did not give me a receipt and then ignored me asking and asking for her name. After another employee got invoked still no name and they were yelling at me! Horrible!!!

I bought at least 15 items and all were Mis marked at the check out. I brought this to the clerk and took pictures and shown my receipt and comment was said" sorry we are trying to change the prices..Remind you I bought lunch meat dog food and etc . Different items through out the store. All items were wrong as marked in the store "myself " at this time I had enough money on me but will the" next" customer "mmm

I love dollar generals. The cashier was awesome and one of the associates helped me reach something. This location is by far the cleanest I have seen in a long time. I went to the one on Edison in Benton earlier this week and it was horrific!!!! You couldn't even walk down the aisles let alone get a buggy down one.

Very good merchandise for the price. A lot of variety. Clothes, socks panties, etc. Go here they have a little bit of everything in one stop.

Store had what I wanted, which was only two items. Went to check out, clerk was friendly, which is unusual for this store, thought everything was good, a little too good. The price came up and I thought, dang the taxes here are high. Went home and examined receipt only to discover, not one but both items cost more than the price displayed on the shelf. This is not the first time this store has done this to me, but it is the first time I didn’t catch it at the store. No worries though, I won’t be back so there won’t be a third time.

I guess the good thing about Dollar General is that if you are not enjoying your shopping experience, there is probably another Dollar General in walking distance. They are like a pandemic. Breaking out everywhere.
