Not a viable store, much like other locations in the area. Exterior of store is literally rotting and falling apart. If you can't staff it with predictable hours and keep it organized please just close it down and let some put a legitimate business there.

This location always closes when it’s supposed to be open. Today they have temporary hours posted closing at 5 when they are supposed to close at 9. So annoying.

I’ve tried shopping at this Dollar Tree location on three separate occasions during their posted business hours, only to find them closed each time. This is clearly a recurring issue and very frustrating. If the store isn’t going to stick to its advertised hours, it’s a waste of time for customers.

this location should be investigated and shut down. it makes no sense how they only open when they feel like it. don’t even waste your time driving here.

I feel sorry for the poor clerk who is on the register, there’s only one. That’s it, one, even if there is 20 people in line, one cashier. Be prepared to wait forever if you have a quick stop or plan to be there a while.

This was a great experience. The Dollar Tree on Markham was completely sold out of gift boxes and a lot of other seasonal items. The one on Reservoir was very well stocked and I am glad I went!!

Bought 25 items and she started handing me the items after ringing them up. She said they done have no bags but I could purchase a bag..wth! That bag will be repurposed for their store from now on!

Please go ahead and close this location on Cantrell in Little Rock so that people do not continue to waste gas and time going here because lately they never have anything stocked, the few staff they do have are very rude and disrespectful. The beverage and bread delivery guys and always waiting around for someone to come in check them in. The cashiers ignore the customers while they are checking each other out. They have no problem openly telling one cashier checking the other out to ring their items up for 10 and 25 cents because they are only paying $17 for a basket full of items and they are going to go home and sell them to their neighbors. May be why there is nothing on the shelves for customers to buy. I cant understand how this location makes enough in sells to pay the rent on the building to keep it open. This location use to be one of the best Dollar Tree locations under previous management. However now its the worst and a total waste of time and gas driving to this location.

They do not answer phones. They are always closed. Tried to call about Laundry detergent that was brown.
