Reeked of dirt weed, horribly messy, stocking carts in the middle of every aisle, bare shelves, employees yelling and cussing throughout the store. Unfriendly check-out guy. Raggedy & gross

Cashier had an attitude, wouldn't look at us checking out but continued her conversation with someone else. The store was obviously like all Dollar Trees are. Unorganized, dirty, and unsafe

Edited: I went back 3-16-25…thinking maybe the store had improved since my last visit but I was sadly mistaken. Did get a very short video this time tho.
I wish I would have taken pics when I was there. I work at a hospital in LR and I usually go to the dollar tree on w. Markham but I was closer to this area and was told there was a dollar tree next to Target. I distinctly asked if anyone knew which store was better between this one by Target and my regular store on W Markham but no one had been to this one. Well, I can now answer that question for you. Definitely stick with any other DT but this one. I knew as soon as I pulled into the parking lot that this was the wrong choice. I could see inside the bare windows and the shelves were visibly empty and bare. Yall know most DT’s utilize every inch of space and even the windows are full of products. Well I could see clear into the store. Nothing in windows and nothing on shelves. So I’m thinking ok maybe just those front shelves are empty because ppl are buying Valentines stuff or maybe because we are about to have this big snow event and ppl are just going crazy buying stuff. I had gone Sat night, the night before we started getting snow. NO. The entire store was a mess. I had to cut open boxes that were stacked and stashed all around the floors and shelves to get something I wanted to get. I saw 1 person in the store working. I can definitely tell you that I won’t be back to this one sadly.

I would given NO star if I could, but anyway. I walked in the store and the lady short look old but don’t know that she was old but obnoxiously rude nonetheless. I asked her a question if I can just grab the balloons because mind you I’ve never bought balloons outside of party city, so I wasn’t just trying to grab those peoples things if I wasn’t supposed two. She kinda snapped quick yea. Strike one cause you work here and I’m trying to be respectful. Strike two is when I asked about a specific balloon, and she stated that they didn’t have it. She said it like I was getting on her nerves like she didn’t want to do what she was paid to do, her job. So I proceeded to check out. First off I’m there waiting she see me but she doing what she wants to do on the side instead of check me out. She finally come to the register after purposely making me wait after working ER helping save people for 16 hours. She keeps walking off during the transaction. After the transaction she throws my receipt on the counter and walks off. I don’t care if I purchased $1 item that service should have been better. She acted as if she don’t like her job, but one thing for sure if there were not people coming to that location because of her unprofessionalism and rudeness she in fact wouldn’t have a job. I will never be going to that location because I didn’t feel welcomed and I was made to feel like I was a bother. I will be talking to the store manage because it was unacceptable period point blank.

The employees got mad at me for just... walking into the store and shopping. Also the place is a MESS so God have mercy if you're trying to walk through here.

I came to DT on University today looking for vases for an event. A very sweet lady named Regina went to the back and found just what I needed. When I went to checkout a wonderfully kind young man named Timothy helped me checkout and and carried them to my car for me. Way to go Regina and Timothy! Great customer service!! Oh! And I forgot my receipt and Timothy went back in got and brought it to me! God bless you both!
