I love this store:) So many good shoes for men, women and kids(plus cute socks)! They are all reasonably priced! The employees are very kind and helpful too.

I’ve always loved DSW but I went today (3/30/2023) and they don’t open until noon. I can understand not opening really early but noon is too late. I am waiting on a meeting to start and I have seen many people trying to go in only to find out that it’s still closed. It is 11:10 and I’ve seen no less than 20 people trying to enter the store between 11:00-11:10.

If you need new shoes, boots, flip flops, or house shoes? It doesn't matter what type of shoe you're looking for, if you don't want to overpay, but you still want to look good and rock name brand shoes! Go to DSW at the promenade on Chenal! You will find all the name brands you know and love at a price that you won't believe! I won't shop anywhere else for shoes!

Ok if you don't mind taking out boxes and putting them back. Shoes seem reasonably priced. I bought 2 pairs. There is no one helping customers which is ok with me. If you are a high maintenance shopper, choose Dillard's.

Ordered shoes online and was sent wrong size. Took to store to return and asked for a store credit and for themTo reorder the correct size. They would not do this. Told me that the money will be refunded in my bank account and I could then reorder them online. Will not be using this store again. $160 pair of shoes.

Have been looking for black, low-heeled pumps for work. Have visited a couple of times before without any success. So this time, I asked for help. The one pair of shoes that I liked wasn't in my size. The lady ordered them on my behalf, shipped for free to my home. They're perfect. Thank you!
