Excellent store located in Park Plaza Mall, Little Rock, AR. The clothing at Eddie Bauer is consistently excellent. The owner at this store is very nice and helpful. The employees are always pleasant and helpful too. Pro tip for people that life in central AR and want to buy online from Eddie Bauer. The store in LR can't stock absolutely everything, but they can place your online order for you. There's no shipping cost when done this way and it helps keep the brick and mortar store in business. Returns can also be done at the store so no hassle of having to do return shipping.

We had to exchange my wife's coat and order me a new one. Roby was awesome! Even after I changed my mind on a coat and he had to do some quick swapping of orders, he was always polite and ready to help.
