I was in need of an car audio establishment with good ratings. That's what I do when I have limited-time because I have a busy Kingdom Itinerary, and I pulled them up on Google, called, set up an appointment, and I was there explaining the problem I had with my audio system. The factory amp was shutting down and only the passenger side will operate. Yes, I know, not a good look or a great sound. And I love music! I spoke to the technician, and being that I used to install systems in my whips while in the Army, I wanted to know if he knew his stuff because not only am I on a tight time schedule, but an even tighter budget. He explained the process of checking things out, the conclusion, and plans to go with to alleviate this problem. I wanted to upgrade my amps and speakers and not remain factory, so the quote and the available financing was help that was needed. I didn't get the install that day, but when I can free up some much need cash, I'm paying him another visit. Check him out okay?

Everything started fine. People were good. I waited well over 4 hrs to have my system installed in a 2014 Nissan Altima. They broke the brake light housing for the rear window. My door and center console panels are not put back together right and they and visibly out of place. They mounted my amp in the same way and area the rear 6 x 9s are usually installed, under the back window under the back panel, with only 3 screws. I don't know if they were underestimating the power of the system or not. Seems to me professionals would know that is a poor spot. My subwoofers have rattled the amp in that area so hard in snapped all the mounting brackets on amp. Except the one they didn't screw in. My amp literally is hanging but the power, ground, and remote wires. I can't open the trunk to try and fix it. My car now has several electrical problems. Brake lights don't work, I have a tail light out, my windows work when they want to. Sometimes my car goes into what is called "Shipping Mode" and most electrical will shut off. Oh and my trunk won't open anymore. Everything worked fine before the install. Trust me, I've gone through all the basics. Fuses, bulbs. looking for any loose wire, or anything that my look out of place. They took apart my dash and shorted something in my electrical system and now I'm out the $500 the install cost and also the money it is going to take to pay someone to find the problem. They claim that nothing they did could have caused the issue but if that is correct why was everything working fine before the install. if I could give this establishment a -5 stars for the finished product I would but I have to give 1 star in order to post this review. My car is messed up.

This is an amazing establishment with kind workers who truly help. The only reason I’ve given 4/5 stars is due to the fact that something they installed is being faulty and when I tried to call I was given a message from my phone service provider that it was “unable to complete that call and to try again later”. I’m patient, however this is a time sensitive issue and without documentation I could be blamed and forced to pay basically double. This truly stressed me out as I don’t currently have the funds to get this fixed and have no one to talk to about it.

All I can say is , AMAZING!!! These guys did what every Toyota forum says cannot be done. I have a 2021 tundra TRD PRO with the JBL (POS) system. They worked tirelessly to change out amps and speakers and allowed me to keep the head unit with all its features, which according to everywhere you read, absolutely cannot be done. I looked at a few different places before Audio Vision. Let me say, don’t worry about shopping the other guys!!! These guys know their stuff and know how to explain everything to the simplest of minds, like mine. Their customer service is second to non and their prices cannot be beat!!! You will not be disappointed.

This place did AMAZING. The owners were so nice and helpful they gave me a wonderful deal on new audio equipment. The two installers Tanner and Keith were the absolute BEST. They were professional, polite and got the job done by the time I needed it no questions asked. I love this place!!!
