Improvement is needed at the Little Rock Airport pickup counter. The employee who assisted me appeared indifferent. I don't expect jokes and giggles but when your employee acts as if he rather be doing anything else besides assisting a customer - that is not a good look for your company. However...I had an excellent experience upon returning my rental car. T was welcoming, friendly, helpful and a pleasure to work with!

I attended a conference in Little Rock, Arkansas. When I got to the Enterprise counter I was tired and aggravated. I was greeted with a smile & welcome to Little Rock by Sarah. She apologized for not having the car I reserved and offered me an upgrade. She was friendly, funny and made me feel much better. Enterprise I'm a Financial Service manager at Verizon who supervices 24 customer service representative. I love Sarah energy and I would be ecstatic to have her on my team. Even the customer behind me was laughing. Sarah was bubbly, empathetic, friendly and a great help. She turned my frown into a smile. You should be proud to have her on your team.

When we rented a car in Little Rock and I requested a map of the city I was given an Alamo map. When I received directions from Enterprise to get my vehicle at the Enterprise lot it was to a vehicle that wasn't mine. Once I returned to the rental office, at the airport, it was an Alamo employee that directed me to the correct location.I've had other bad experiences with Enterprise before, but this one just about capped it. As I trudged through the pouring rain attempting to find my Enterprise vehicle, Alamo was the only one that offered the correct information and a map.In my experience, Alamo for the win and Enterprise has lost a future customer.

In Little Rock Arkansas, Go Enterprise. Got me out and in faster than any other airport in the country. Car was ready, clean and actually full on gas. Thumbs up to the Enterprise Little Rock Team

Got to the Airport found the Rental desk,got my information in the computer..friendly staff..got my car keys on a 2023 Ford explorer..it was nice clean.full tank of gas.perfect for all my luggage.drove through rain,fog,hail... Little Rock to Yuma, Arizona.. nothing wrong with car turned on when I turned the key ,it was safe, automatic locks.good brakes.Thank you..for your great service, professional staff..

Had a great experience with Enterprise from start to finish. Gary was very helpful and patient as he assisted me with selecting a vehicle and getting it set up with my cell phone so I could safely use my GPS. Cole was great upon my returning of the vehicle and helpful with requesting a wheelchair for my mom. Thank you so much to both of you and to Enterprise for having these two guys on your team!
