Do not use Enterprise! The worst customers service I have ever encountered. Two weeks ago I called to reserve a car due to my auto going in for repair. The day I drop off my car Enterprise has no car reserved for me. What they do have are only vehicles that would require me to pay an additional $30/day allowed by my insurance company. These people are idiots with no concern for the customer. Try calling them and be prepared to be placed on hold for a very long time. They do not honor reservations!Que the "Sorry about this, email us at blah, blah so we can look into this" reply.

The communication is horrible! No one answers the telephones and the area manager is not reachable either. They took my money for weeks and never could tell me what day of the week a payment was going to be taken out. After having the vehicle for 2 months and paid them weekly. I was told that I must return the vehicle due to the area manager mishaps. Now I am without a vehicle and cannot rental a vehicle from them with the discount my insurance provided.

Had wonderful experience with this enterprise. The staff is so nice and very helpful.. this my first rental and absolutely will be back in future.

They really helped me several times , in my opinion they are truly awesome. Won't rent from any other place. I rent car for at least 2 to 3 weeks out of a month

We picked up a car with a small, negligible dent on the rear bumper. The Enterprise representative didn't note it on the form that was signed, although it was discussed. When we returned the car we were billed for $2000 dollars for the dent and some interior staining- both of which were there before we took possession. Billed $2000 to pop out a dent and detailing!!! Completely fraudulent and shady staff. AND this was after the first car they supplied broke down on the side of the road.

Wonderful experience over at the enterprise on Rodney Parham, from Lorain, Jack and their manager, I loved them all, they are beautiful people especially Lorain and Jack because they attended to me,full of courtesy, respect, knowledgeable, friendly just all around customer service oriented, definitely not argumentative, they listen more and talk less. My experience was so wonderful I never wanted to return the Rental.

Omg!! Worst customer service ever. They honestly don’t even deserve one star. We had a reservation for a car. After we drove all the way there …they stated they only had a mini van and it would be double the price. Even with having a reservation could not give me what I reserved. Another customer there stated they do this all the time. They use this ploy to upscale you on the spot to pay for something you don’t need. What a mess and what a way to strand your customers. Go anywhere else but here.

My experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car was positive until I was blind sided paying taxes on the vehicle I requested. I was not happy with the response when asked for a refund. When requested for extended time with the rental I was not happy because there was another withdraw taken out of my account without my knowledge which caused my account an overdraft. My return of the rental was a little pleasing with and overall feeling was a little of disbelief.

Make sure that you call before showing up. Depending on the time of year, you need to have an appointment, vehicle availability is scarce. I didn't have an appointment the first time that I showed up & had to wait 5 days for a vehicle. Once I had an appointment, the process was quick & painless. The lady was very respectful and thorough.*****5 STARS*****

I’ve used this company over several decades. However things are different now. I recently needed a SUV with a larger cargo area to pick up up something I needed. The daily rate was $135 for a large SUV and $83 for a slightly smaller one. However the “Insurance Rate” was around 1/4 to 1/3 of that, as I recall. Seems they mostly cater to insurance claims, as that’s where they get a lot of their business. Because of that, and when I shared with a friend, I didn’t use them this time. My friend offered to help me with their truck. I might add that both the manager and the assistant manager we’re very helpful to try and get me a reservation. It just seems that the cost of everything has gotten so expensive nowadays, that it’s commonplace everywhere… Hopefully this will change, however I don’t see it happening anytime soon, and sadly that’s going to be a big problem for our country…

It would be helpful if Enterprise actually had cars to rent! EVERY time I attempt to book a rental car, there are no cars available! Pretty disappointing.
