I’d give them a zero if possible. We had a package they first refused to deliver because they said they couldn’t get down the driveway (neither Amazon nor UPS has a problem), then they said no one was there to sign for it. Then they said we had to pick it up, but they sent to a warehouse w/ no customer service. Then they said they would let us know when and where it was sent. A week later and no email, no phone call. I call them and find out it’s at this office, so I call them and tell them someone would be in this week to pick it up. They said they usually hold them a week or two. Someone goes by 3 days later to pick it up, and they tell us it’s been sent back to the seller. They said they can only hold the package 5 days, but never once let us know where it was. They indicated it was our fault. Awful company all around.

Don’t go here. The service sucks. I just went in to get a flyer printed from my phone and they informed me that it was self service and I could do it myself when I went back over and said that I needed help the man just explain to me what to do never attempting to walk over to the machine and assist me so I went back to the machine and I never was able to print. I will add that there were also two other employees standing at the front desk doing absolutely nothing but laughing at their jokes with each other I’ll never go in the store again.

Mel, the assistant manager at this location advise that despite my lithium battery meeting section II IATA regulations that she couldn't accept the lithium battery because they have not been trained at that location. Corporate advised that that location was a good location to drop off the battery for shipment.
An hour of my time was wasted driving to and from this location including waiting in line.
I highly suggest Mel, the assistant store manager, get proper training.

I travel 2 to 3 times a week and I love sending my luggage through fedex to my hotel so I don't have to deal with the airlines. I sent my package luggages to this location overnight. It did not show up. So I walk into location thinking all 3 bags were delivered but only 2. At this point I was pissed....Clyde changed my attitude with the best customer service I experienced at fedex. He took the time to help locate my bag that was missing. He was unable but he contacted fedex for them to reach out. CLYDE did an amazing job just by going an extra step. Kudos...Btw it's not their fault for the delay. Definitely will ship from this location again. Thanks Clyde

The most rude service location in Little Rock. Go downtown, they are delight. The people in this location are just too busy to help and they're condescending when they don't help.

I lost my tracking and the 800 number was zero help.
The lady at the office here went above and beyond to help me locate it. Always nice whenever I go in there too !!!!!

My spouse had an unbelievable experience at this location on 25 July at 204 pm. She had a plastic shopping bag that had some items she wanted to ship to a friend. She ask the clerk if she had a box for the items. Then clerk said she was the assistant manager and grabbed the plastic bag and literally dumped all the items out of the bag on the counter and proceeded to very arrogantly pick up with her filthy hands and ask what each item was. Body lotion, tea pods really just things her friend can't find where she lives. Hundreds of times shipping with fedx they always ask if there is anything dangerous in the bag. This women decided she needed to touch and examine everything in the bag before she boxed it. Good bye FedX, UPS for life. Perhaps FedX should send this person to a week of diversity training to learn how to treat people.

I came here to get a creative printing job done here. The staff were very cooperative and went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I wanted despite it being a small job. They did a perfect print job for me. Their customer service is outstanding. It is and will always be my Go To place for printing and sending packages. I have sent many packages, never had a delayed or lost package. I highly recommend this place.

They didn’t even look at my box and told me you can not send it. It was already stamp that is ok for shipping. She didn’t even care if I am a customer or not (5 years ago). Today 5/3/2024 Brandon helped me about the overcharge. That is why I changed my review from 1 to 3
