Firestone is a good place to go for repairs. They are fairly quick with their work and they check everything out. I would recommend

We recently had a very good experience with the Chenal Firestone. The pothole armageddon struck and we lost a tire to one of the demon holes. Luckily, our vehicle was able to make it to the Firestone parking lot. We filled out the after hours form and left it there. The next morning, Jerry and the rest of the team did a great job keeping us informed and updated on what needed to be done, pricing, timing, etc. (and they were swamped with multiple cars that had been towed there with similar flat tires thanks to the pothole demogorgon known as Chenal Parkway!) They had us back on the road the same day.Overall, an exceptional experience. I would (and will) use them again based upon our experience this week. Thank you to all the team - we appreciate your efforts!

I wish that I never came to this location. I've used Firestone for more than 15 years at another location with great results. I was in the area and tried this location. I was able to receive the tires that I wanted after being on order for a week. They said they wouldn't rotate the tires for free even though their website said that these tires come with lifetime rotations. But here's the real problem. Less then 10 miles after receiving the tires a warning message that a tire sensor was malfunctioning. I called and they said to come back soon as I could and they would take care of it. 2 days later I'm back and they said that it would cost me $250 to fix and there was nothing they could have done to cause the problem. While I was here getting the tires installed they quoted another customer for the same thing. Coincidence? I don't think so. Never again at this location. Better go to McCain.

If you go to this location please pay attention to whom is servicing your vehicle. A gentleman by the name of Fred treated my car like trash.

We would not suggest going here. They do not communicate nor do they have any sense of customer service. Instead of asking if we wanted to go up to a different tire they just assumed we wanted something cheaper. Our daughter is moving to St.Louis in the winter, of course we would like a better tire. So many times the ball was dropped. when asked the tire size, she was driving, gave the make and model, but no one followed up, so the wrong tires were ordered to begin with (this was blamed on us, because she was driving, no suggestion of calling when you get stopped to give us the size etc.) then they didn’t have all 4, then the alternative (which we really wanted) wouldn’t be here until Monday, then they went somewhere else and supposedly got a cheaper tire, then it ended up being a lower quality tire that’s more expensive and then a phone call to say we are going to take care of your oil change and wipers to compensate but they didn’t. Leon was nice enough or tried to be. But our child felt taken advantage of because she doesn’t know about car’s and tires, and I’m not sure I disagree with her. Lots of Talking around the subject and pricing but google works real well. But we found them cheaper online so he gave them at cost. They even said pricing is based on popularity by size….we won’t be back. Just too wishy washy, and bad communication, when spending that amount of money, definitive usually works best. They also missed a sale, they left the old spare on. 2 different tires.

When arriving home I noticed 3 valve stem caps missing. A few minutes later my wife comes in from garage and hands me the 4th cover. It was laying on floor. Apparently they were installed but not tightened.Overall time to get tires rotated and oil changed is too long.Coffee would be nice.Floor carpet extreme amount of grease and dirt on it, no floor paper was used.

My parents were in from out of town yesterday and picked up a screw in a tire on their way home. They went by this location at 5pm, and it was closed even though it was supposed to be open until 7.

If you don’t take appointments on Sundays then why leave it up as an option? Just wasted my time. ??♀️

Great location very responsive and helpful. I went to this location to get tires for my mom. They had ad to order tires from another location. They ordered the tires and scheduled the appointment. Once the tires came in it was a smooth and fast process. I also got the lifetime alignment here years ago for my car. And now I live in another state and I am still able to use it. If you live in a state that has potholes like I do. I would definitely highly recommend lifetime alignment. I also got the lifetime brakes I haven't used it yet but I am curious if it will really cover everything except the labor. I will definitely update this post once I know for sure

My normal tire dealer was out of my tire size. Three days to order. He suggested I try Firestone as they were just around the corner. I was driving on my donut spare after a blow out. Fortunately not only did they have my tire size, with mounting balance and installing the price was less than the sticker price at my dealers. Im going back for 3 more!

The most unethical shop I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with.Usually I work on my own vehicles, but it was a busy week and my daughter’s car had a belt noise, so she went here just to have the belt swapped. The service advisor gives my daughter a $5500 estimate for “other things that are wrong and could be fixed but don’t have to today”!!! Ok fine. If these things are in fact broken, that would be ethical. But here’s the deal. They quoted her $2800 for new struts. Guess what? I redid the entire suspension on the vehicle just 6k miles ago!!! They are new!!!!Then they quoted here 600 for front and rear brake job. Guess what? The brakes are also new!!! How do I know? Because I did them!!!!Oh on TOP of the 600 dollars they also added 140 to “spin the rotors”… here’s the problem… THEY ARE ALSO NEW!They saw our 19 year old daughter as a naive target and padded their recommended services by suggesting repairs for already new, undamaged components.Absolutely, 100%, unethical and unforgivable behavior.Buyer beware. There are other shops in LR. You do not have to use this one!

I wish I had an extra hand so I could give this “Business” 3 THUMBS DOWN!!! ??????The older man working the counter is RUDE!!! I was in there this morning and I was turned away AGAIN!!! The first incident was my brakes. I ended up spending $800 at their competitor around the corner. Today I just wanted a tire rotation, I was told to try someplace else after he took 30min taking an order for a tire replacement ahead of me!!!

Worse place ever to take your car. They will tell you things are wrong with your car when it's not; just to get you to spend money you don
