This is my favorite first security bank location in Little Rock. The workers are outstanding and incredibly friendly. Shout out to Taya Gwin for the excellent service she provided me upon walking in. I recommend coming here for any first security needs as they were fast and friendly and I couldn't ask for more.

Used to be a great bank. Now it is horrible. Open the lobby please. I sit In drive through 20 minutes or more to cash a check. Terrible service. Time to change banks

Very bad customer service. I like FSB but Chennal branch worst service & they r laying too.
