I recently sent flowers to some friends, and was very pleased both with the arrangement that Frances made for my friends and with their service. Frances was very conscientious about calling me when no one was at home to accept delivery, about contacting the recipients, about keeping me posted, and then sending me a photo of the flowers sitting on the front porch and waiting for my friends to find them.
