Such a nasty place! Need a place to sleep pretty quick. The location is rough. The fridge made knocking noise all night. The attendant wouldn’t discount and said I should have let him know about the noise earlier but I wasn’t getting up in middle of night to change fridges or rooms. I added pics of the filth. I stayed in room 114.

The room itself was very nice. But if you come there to get piece and quiet it's not the place. At least every hour you'll hear sirens since it's close to the hospital and highway. If you want to watch TV that's out too cause the signal stays out. I was there for a weekend and couldn't get through one movie or TV show. It has a phone in room but you can't dial "0" for the front the desk cause it won't let you.Food & drinks: Not walking distance anything.

The rooms could use a little updating!! The service there is awesome!! Location is great because it's close to the V.A. hospital and UAMS hospital!!! I will say I hope your a heavy sleeper because the noise from the ambulances and traffic on i630 will keep you awake!!

Just don’t stay here if you don’t have to. We checked in quickly because we had somewhere to be. My first thought was that it looked like the room and bathroom had not had a deep cleaning in years. We dropped our bags and left. When we returned, we did what we always do at any hotel, we pulled the covers back. There were stains all over the sheets. Noticeably dark stains. Then I look at the headboard that was covered in some kind of film. The bathtub was gross and uninviting. We had plans the next morning and decided we would sleep in our clothes on top of the comforter. We immediately started hearing noises from appliances, other rooms, etc. After about an hour we just got up and left. Didn’t even care that we lost the money. Upon pulling out of the parking lot, some man was angrily staring at us from the lobby window. Very awkward! No vending machines and no restaurants or gas stations nearby.

I used Priceline got travel insurance my girlfriend had a flat tire 2 hrs away I had already checked in bc manager came out and made me either leave or check in. I wasn't driving around LR so I checked in. Super nice manager and totally keeping the place as safe and working for the peace of the people resting in their rooms. I went back to get a refund for the next night I had booked 2 nights. He was unable to bc I used Priceline they said room was nonrefundable insurance sDidn't cover not staying or getting refund for a night I wasn't going to stay. I had to pay $177.00 never used room key.. The manager said call them and make arrangements through hotel and he'd given both nights back and might have given room for less per night GOOD HOTEL lesson learned!Nearby activities: Hospital and Baseball and Football arenas right across interstate. UAMS is hospitalSafety: The manager checks the parking lot by physically sitting in window and watching parking lot and rooms for anything out of place. I felt very comfortable and safe. I saw children with their parents. Right on interstate but no way for a child to accidentally wander into interstate large wàll protection but a little noisy.

The daytime receptionist is polite and outspoken. Room is clean, no signs of pest and stain. Good.

My stay at Garden Inn and Suites was an absolute nightmare. From the moment I checked in, I was met with an indifferent and unprofessional staff. My room reeked of mildew, and the supposedly "clean" linens had mysterious stains. The bathroom was in a pitiful state with a perpetually dripping faucet and a shower that trickled out water at a pressure reminiscent of a drizzling rain. To make matters worse, the promised "high-speed WiFi" was more like a slow crawl. When I voiced my concerns, the front desk seemed more annoyed than eager to assist. It's baffling how this place remains in business. Save your money and your sanity; avoid Garden Inn and Suites at all costs.

Garden Inn is perfect. Small hotel--no hikes to elevators, etc.Centrally located: right off I-630 so you can access east, west, north or south in a heartbeat, or downtown Little Rock with its restaurants and river walk. The clerk at the front desk--I think his name was Harvey--was so pleasant. It's relaxing to check in with people like him after a long day. Our room was all you want in a hotel room: spacious and clean with big screen TV, micro, refrigerator.Oh--and did I say the price was among the best in Little Rock? Brkfst not included--which is fine with me with all the distinctive breakfast places to try in Little Rock. Garden Inn is now my go-to hotel when I'm in town.

They have bed bugs!! I woke up out of my sleep with multiple bites & when I told the owner about the issue … he came in my room grabbed the bug off the bed and flicked the bug off the balcony. They did not give me any money back. This place is disgusting do NOT stay there.

Noisy, no sound-proofing at all. We could hear entire conversations in the room next to us. Asked front desk for quieter room and they did accommodate us, although rudely, and the room was only one extra room away from the first which didn't help. Rooms were sub-par, but it's an economy hotel. We chose it due to it being near a medical appt we had early the next morning. We did not see any type of breakfast or coffee/tea the next morning. You get what you pay for. Next time we're trying the DoubleTree.

I was waiting for them to clean rooms so I could check in and they wouldnt let me use the restroom, said they didn't have a public restroom. They already knew I am a cancer patient going to the hospital for an appointment which makes it worse in my opinion. I politely drove away straight to the Markham House across from UAMS and got a room at basically the same cost. I will never stay there againNoteworthy details: I get a medical discount which is supposed to make this hotel more appealing but absolute horrible customer service

Not the best area, but we felt pretty safe staying here. The rooms are clean outside of a makeup smear on the door. Fair pricing and easy access to downtown by uber.
