Customer service today was outstanding! Jermaine (supervisor) was EXTREMELY helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable! We went in today (10/10/24) and he helped us locate a receipt in the system from last week. He took the time to listen to our questions and recommend products.
However, the tall gentleman helped us on 10/4 is a different story. He seemed annoyed and it felt like we were an incovenience to his phone time. Never really got straight answers from him.

Why is this location rarely open during posted hours of operations? This is the third time I come to purchase my items only to find them not open. This is extremely frustrating. I spend well over $200 on each visit.

Horrible customer service. I normally love going here and everyone is normally so helpful but the customer service I got today I won't be going back to this location.
