Cashier was Super nice!! The rest of the staff were grumpy….. and lord the customers were rude!! I caught an elbow to the ribs guess I wasn’t looking fast enough for him. I went in with daughter on a rainy afternoon just to get out of the house!! We had a great time and she found a Jade flower sculpture and hasn’t stopped talking about it!!!

A great place to ignore your kids while you shop! I love going here every weekend and letting all my children run wild while I shop. None of the employees even care!

The best and comfortable place to buy second-hand and very good brand clothes, even with labels.
Cashiers and staff in general are distinguished by their kindness.
I already want to return again

It is an excellent place to buy clothes, if you are looking for good, pretty and cheap clothes, this is the right place, if you are looking for new things, it is better not to enter, this is not for you.

The parking lot in Jacksonville. Was awful. I would not get out because I was afraid I would fall. Kroger in same shopping center was clean. You make plenty of money to clean the park lot for customers

Have you noticed Goodwills have gotten a little proud and greedy lately? Prices on used, free donations going up to crazy prices?? And now many of them have a “boutique” section where you may as well buy it online new for almost the same price they are asking. Yeah, I have noticed too. Where is the good will anymore in raising prices for those who shop here bc affording it new isn’t an option?!? Well bye to those Goodwills and hello to this one. Seriously, if you miss the affordable Goodwill experience and don’t mind a good hunt, well this one is here for you. five stars for one helluva bargain hunting experience. Let me rephrase, the whole thing about this SPECIFIC Goodwill is a bargain bc you PAY BY THE POUND, not by Individual item. Books are .50 each, housewares are weighed by themselves, clothes are weighed by themselves, etc. It’s fair and it’s awesome. Massive tip: WEAR GLOVES AND BRING EXTRAS! Also, BRING TOILET PAPER, hand sanitizer, trash bags or big bags for your finds, and a big water bottle bc you’re going to get thirsty more than likely. This place is wild with bargain hunters and you never know what treasures you’re going to find. You never know what people donate either or how it’s treated so gloves is always important. Once you go here you wjll rethink what you donate back into the system too. It’s so frustrating to find something awesome and then find a massive stain or problem hiding on it. It happens. This is a place for digging and literally. There isn’t clothing racks or shelves, just one massive room with huge rolling bins that rotate in and out of the back so if you see it, grab it bc it’s leaving soon and not coming back out. I think this is an experience everyone should go through, especially Goodwill fans. I don’t see a reason to go to any other Goodwill bc it’s a ripoff in comparison.
