Allison was our stylist for our two boys (ages 7 and 2) and she did fantastic with them! Definitely recommend her if you're needing kiddos hair cut/shaped up. Made them feel comfortable and she's very friendly!

About 2 months ago I came for a haircut. It's about time for another one, which reminded me that I need to write this review, but I am not returning here.
Hygienically, this was disgusting.
I arrived to find the stylists using their tools to shave each other's arm hair. One of them was talking about how she can't do one of her arms because of a cyst. They were not cleaning their tools, were picking their nose, spraying, the bathroom, handling money, etc. without washing their hands. They put a completely filthy hair covered smock on me.
The windows were smeared with handprints.
The woman cut my hair at least 3 in shorter than I had asked and it was incredibly choppy. Not what I asked for. I even showed her a photograph of my own head with the hairstyle I wanted from a few years ago. Very simple long layers. Nothing fancy and no celebrity photo or something like that.
She rolled her eyes.
Then at the end she was insulted when I didn't give her a tip.
They spent the whole time trying to sell me products from the shelf.
Then the haircut ended up being more expensive than listed.
I protested, and they gave me a coupon for next time instead of the correct price.
Not great. Very gross. Kinda rude. Sorta sleezy.

Great experience, all of the staff was very kind. Allison I believe is the one that cut my hair and genuinely made me look and feel like a new person, I'm very grateful. You should check them out for your next cut.

Call first and find out if they honor their coupons first. I got "clipped" for $10.00 with the coupon I had emailed to me by the ad on Facebook. @greatclips does a bait and switch (to regular prices) when you walk through the door. I thought bait and switch was illegal.

A deadly cycle: They will recommend a shampoo before getting a haircut. They are very rough with it, they try to make you feel bad for saying ow, then they try to sell you hair regrowth products after they've ripped out your hair instead of cutting it. If you come back, any progress the regrowth products may have gotten done will be ripped out again.
