I was needing a recliner that was not huge but could not find anything that was in stock. Happily, Hanks had a great selection and the one I liked was in stock. Even better, it was on sale. Delivery was quick and courteous. I was very impressed by the quality of the recliner and will shop Hanks first from now on.

If you want cheap furniture from China and poor service I recommend hanks fine furniture. Parts come come from. China on the slow boat so takes 3 to 4 months then scheduled for repairs. This is if new furniture with problems can you imagine how long it takes if not brand new. So disappointing

I purchased a chair at the end of October. It was to be delivered by the end of December. Now they are telling me it may be March. I'm pretty irritated. Won't do business with or recommend them.

I just bought a sofa from Hank's and it's pretty nice and the sales-dude that worked with me was pretty nice too. It was a painless process and I'm thankful for that. However... once the sale was complete it seemed like the sales-dude just wasn't into it anymore, and forgot to send my order to the warehouse so the sofa arrived a day late. Not a big deal, I guess. Delivery dudes came by and they were also nice as well, but couldn't figure out how to get the sofa through the door because of a narrow hallway. So, I sent them on their way and my neighbor and I did it. Overall, nice sofa, meh service.

I went with my mom today to get her some new furniture at Hanks Fine Furniture. Our salesman, Lezell Sanders, is, without a doubt, the very best salesman I’ve ever dealt with! And I am not exaggerating at all. He was patient with me and my mother and all our questions and back & forths with changing ours minds. He even brought over the recliner she wanted to where the couch & chairs were she wanted so we could see how everything would look together. He treated us with dignity and respect. He did everything within his power to make sure we were happy with everything, and made sure my mom ended up getting the best deal possible. We are very pleased with what she got, and very, very pleased with Lezell who treated my mother as if she were his own mother!

I had a great experience when I initially came in to look for a sofa. Thomas Hewett was very helpful and answered all of my questions with a smile on his face. I went to other places but Hanks had the best prices for the quality! I purchased the perfect sofa for me based on their customer service, quality and prices! If you shop here, you won’t want to go anywhere else. Thank you Thomas and Hanks!!

We went shopping for a leather power loveseat. Best selection & price was at Hank’s. Really appreciated Whitley, our salesperson. She was helpful, never rushed us & provided useful information about each piece we looked at. Recommend this store but really recommend you ask for Whitley to assist you.

We bought all of our furniture for our new home prior to moving in. Our salesman was great to work with, answered his phone anytime we called whether it was to change our order or make payments. The delivery was great and the crew was more than accommodating to setup the furniture exactly how my wife wanted. My only drawback is their warranty program on furniture is garbage. We had a release button fail on our couch that allowed a person to recline about 6 months ago which we are still waiting on them to schedule an appt to repair. We have reached out multiple times to get this scheduled and its always "we will call back when we can schedule a time". Despite their nonexistent warranty/repair system, we are happy with our purchases here.

Purchased an adjustable bed from the NLR location in June. Bed was delivered and set up. A week later the bed stopped working. Despite making phone calls to the store and the manufacturer the problem is still not resolved THREE MONTHS later. Hanks will not honor the warranty nor the extended warranty we purchased at the same time. They refuse to do anything about it and they refuse to take the bed back and refund our $7,000+. As soon as my credit card company completes the charge back action against them we will be dumping the bed in front of the NLR Hanks store doors. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HANKS!! There is a reason there merchandise is cheaper.

Drew was an amazing sales associate. My original salesman was no longer with the company. Drew opened the door for my mom, who is strolling with a Walker, and me. He greeted us with a big smile and graciously eased us to the furniture piece we wanted. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. We will definitely use him for our future furniture purchases.

Angel Bonds-Flowers is so good for first time and repeat business! My 84 year old Mom wanted to return to Hanks to work with Angel. Like the first time Angel was so kind and accommodating…caring for her customer. Offering wheelchair assistance…a water bottle..friendly smile..knowledgable help..and a sweet hug telling us not “Bye” but see you later. Oh I wish I had had an Angel with my business once upon a time. Thumbs up!!

My shopping experience was very pleasant. As we entered into the store we were greeted with a friendly smile by a young man named Jared. Onced I told him what I was looking for he showed me the many diffrtent choices I could choose from. He was very knowledgeable and informative. I did purchased the items. I will say Jared saved me money and time.

My experience at Hank’s & More Fine Furniture was amazing! I was searching for something specific in a time crunch and they did not hesitate to be as helpful as possible. I worked with Drew Tackett and I highly suggest asking for him if you decide to visit Hanks. He was so understanding and patient. Could not have asked for better service!
