This is by far the worst Harbor Freight in Arkansas. The lady whom I will not name at the register has 0 customer service skills. She should be working in the back stocking items. I will never return to this store. I just happened to be in the area. I will continue to go to the Searcy and to the Jacksonville store. They should send that lady to one of those stores to learn how to deal with customers.

One guy - won’t say his name was terrible. If you need any serious type of help the best thing I can recommend do is go straight to the manager. Liz I believe her name was, helped tremendously.

The store was excellent as usual.
I went to get specific items, and they were stocked and readily available.
I shopped for a grand total of 3 minutes. Then, I stood in line at check out while one cashier was working and 15 or so shopper waited.
3 different employees went to neiboring registers to open and get money , only to close out and walk away. Finally, as I was 3 away from checking out, an employee opened up another register. Patrons from the back of the line started another line.
As I left, there were about 20 patrons in 2 lines to check out.
My 3 min. Shopping took 22 minutes to reach the exit.
I did get what I went for.

Need butane for torches you sell. If I have to go somewhere else to get the butane I might as well get the torch somewhere else too.
