drove 30 minutes to shop and they locked the doors at 7:45 when online says they are open until 9

This store does not open until 11 am. The online hours and a call to customer service stated the store opens at 10 am. In-store staff says it opens at 11 am.

h&m is the place i always choose to go first when i go shopping, but today i went here and everything was great until the checkout, the employee had a very unpleasant attitude, she got angry with the things i bought, she gave me the items as if she was throwing them to me, not selling them to me, she was very unpleasant, when i tried to pay for the card two or three times without success she also sighed and got annoyed with me, she is the employee i feel most afraid of ever, i am so angry that i have to write this

Not a bad clothing store and they actually had a pretty good sale going on. Wasn’t really my style of clothing but I did find some T shirts for myself.

I have never been to this store but I have heard a lot of good things about it. My mom and I decided to check it out. Along with my two year old son. My son is surprisingly very well behaved. He was fiddling with a plastic price sign that we were going to put back when the time was right to get it from him. He wasn’t being rough or disturbing anything. So when an employee came up to my mom and son I was in shock. The situation could have been handled completely different but the fact that she snatched it away from my son and told me how to parent my child was uncalled for. I quickly put all my items back and walked out the store. Another H&M got my money.

Stopped by this location to make a return at 7:30 PM during peak holiday season only to be told they were closed due to short staffing??? The “manager” blatantly said he wouldn’t open up a register to make my return.
