Went in to return a shirt gifted to me when I first arrived nobody was there at the desk for about 10 minutes. After a woman did come, she heard her walkie and turned around and said her manager “needs her downstairs”. I replied with is there anybody else to help me and she said you’ll have to come downstairs in an annoyed tone. For the price of clothes in the store I’d figure you’d at least get good customer service. And wouldn’t your manager want you to help customers before chatting with them anyways?? 👎🏼

Okay, I can understand how strict stores have to be when it comes to returns due to the increasing amount of loss due to theft. I get it. However, I had my receipt, the card I paid with and the item with the tag. The item had NOTHING wrong it and it was in the same condition as when I purchased it.
The man at the counter, while pleasant, told me that because the tag was detached from the item (it was completely intact aside from that) they typically can’t give a refund…
I have never heard of anything so absurd.
He was kind enough to give it to me even though he expressed that they don’t typically do this and the store manager would disapprove.
I will never shop at an H&M again. The clothes are low quality anyway and why would I wanna shop somewhere that wouldn’t give me a refund even though I have EVERYTHING required for it…
I say it’s high time to gut the staff and management team of this location and start over as not one of the folks in this store had a positive attitude…

This place is always a hit or miss as far as things my kids will wear. The place is well organized and usually has decent priced things. The AC seemed to have been out when we were there as it was pretty hot.

On Saturday, it says open 10AM, but I’m waiting for until 11AM still not opened yet. Change your schedule time on the Google please. Don’t waste someone’s time. Horrible.

Not sure what it is about the H&Ms in Arkansas but they never have a decent selection of items for men and the employees at the Park Plaza location are always indifferent towards customers.
