“This is a message and shout out to Chris in plumbing who, with only 15 minutes to closing today, had me as a customer asking him to troubleshoot some intense bidet water pressure output with some grainy, dark, poorly shot photographs of the setup I was working with. The man came to the rescue and called in his coworker over the phone to help and he ended up double checking the product by testing to part in the store to ensure it fit, and also gave me the name of another store to try (NOT Home Depot) as a plan B just in case his fix didn't work.
