I stay here about once a month for work. I normally stay at least three days, sometimes a full week. My experience is always the same, they are so nice to me there. The rooms are always clean, the breakfast is good and always full, and it’s always the same. Glad to have a place in Little Rock that I can confidently come to each time and not have any issues at.

Guests falsely reporting loud noises and will have you be put out. Staff claimed to have sat in front of the door and heard kids making noises when clearly there were no noises. As far as kids making noises it may have been the TV because my son was watching YouTube and my 1yr old daughter was simply enjoying herself, which I can't really control nor stop a baby from making noises. Not quite sure if this establishment is baby-friendly nor family-friendly.

Staff was so nice and respectful which is surprising with bad experiences in the past with Hilton. I had employees and customer service yelling and cussing at me for no reason but the desk personnel where so nice and welcoming especially the lady on night shift. The only down I would say would be the breakfast, I think a fresher spread is needed, eggs, fresh cut fruit, bacon, ect. Would highly recommend this location to anyone traveling through. Also thought it was cool that they welcome pets.Rooms: Rooms where so cleanNearby activities: So many nearby stores, restaurants and kids activities.

Great stop if traveling with pets! But watch for broken glass, nails (or screws) from all recent construction and for adult unmentionables..⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5 stars on rooms... especially with pets. We are moving across country so I called a few places looking for a big enough room that would accommodate all of us including fur kids . Room was perfect! High spots for kitties and some cold tile for our huskey pup. Plenty of room for everyone to co-exist for over night.Service was ok. I did mention the screws or nails to Clarence whom was at front desk this morning and he did say "it wasn't their responsibility but the construction crews" . . But sir if its on your property and your welcoming pets on your property you'd make dang sure its SAFE for pets. Otherwise thats a huge lawsuit as I had to pry a screw out of my 14 wk pups mouth.Location was great as it wasnt right on top of a super busy area, but convenient enough it did have food options for a late dinner and a car wash nearby. The free breakfast, not so good as someone with severe allergies, my only option was childrens cereal. And if I had kids My kids wouldn't had much of an option either as their bfast consists of premade microwaved egg bowls with onions, peppers, cheese, saugage... no straight plain scrambled eggs or doughnuts, not even chocolate milk for little ones. All said n done, I would recommend this location, but PLEASE watch your pets when outside. This location may not care for pet saftey but I do!Attaching photos.Rooms: Great size.Noteworthy details: Pet friendly does not also include pet saftey!

Most comfortable bed I've ever slept in at a hotel. Spotless clean room. Was frustrated with the check-in process as I was running late, but as for the rooms, it was very nice.

Breakfast was not that great. The beds way to soft, couldn't sleep.Rooms: Clean room and they picked up every other day and made bed.Nearby activities: Good location. Walmart, restaurants near by.

Everything was nice about the hotel except its location. It is located in the edge of a huge Walmart parking lot which attracted a few homeless people at night. So not good for walking after a long drive. There was also a woman who seemed to be camped outside one of the exit doors, not bothering anyone but the hotel parking lot didn’t seem safe at night. Hilton should invest in a more visible security presence.Walkability: No walkways or sidewalks. Not safe walking to the nearby restaurants.

First of all, this is NOT a 3-star hotel, it is a 4-star hotel or you could call it a 3.5 star. The suite itself was amazing with a comfy couch that could turn into a bed and another comfy mattress with a decently-sized TV. I wasn't really able to talk to customer service because I would go to my family's house for the remainder of the day, but I assume that they are amazing because we ordered service when we left and they fully cleaned the entire suite! I'm also surprised with the fact that they actually use high quality shower products like Zero soap and Neutrogena hair products. The experience here was amazing and I'm most likely coming back to the same suites if it's in range with my family.Food & drinks: The breakfast was amazing and had a lot of variety of options. I personall6 liked the waffles the best.

The night staff was not friendly. My husband booked my room and secured a credit card like he always does. I have never in 3 years have had to provide his card how would I do that anyway as he needs it for his travel. Why even have it on file if the hotel is going to demand it anyway. Front desk rudely informed me I must present his card even though it was already attached to the booking. I feel like the lady could have been a little nicer about it.

Greeted immediately by wonderful front desk Zoee. She was fabulous. The lobby is very bright and clean. My room was clean, stocked well and comfortable. The location is close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. I felt safe there.

You can't beat it.Walking distance to Walmart and all good restaurants!Relatively quiet and safeThe room is great ?Breakfast includedFree laundryHeated pool and more.WHEN I APPROVE IT, BELIEVE IT AS I LIVED THE LAST 4 MONTHS STAYING AT HOTELS IN DIFFERENT CITIES AND I ALMOST TRIED ALL HOTELS IN LITTLE ROCK.

I just have to give 5/5 star bc I'm very pleased with their service. The room was very neat and clean; the pool, the water, the parking, and the gym were fantastic. It really felt like a second home. Oh, their breakfast food was also very good. Thank you a lot. I'll book again in the future when we visit AR. I was definitely so happy spending my vacation at this hotel.
