So in the past, this location has always given collectors issues about getting Funko pops. Today I called to see if they had the new pop that was dropping today and all the girl would say is I can’t talk to you about that over the phone, I replied back asking so you’re telling me you can’t tell me if you have certain stock in your store. She persisted on saying I cannot talk to you about Funko pops. I’ll tell you what I will be so happy and jump for joy when this store gets shut down they barely have anything in there as it is they’re Funko section is laughable and the women there are a bunch of you know what’s.

It gets 2 stars because the employees at this location are absolutely fabulous.
Absolutely love the employees here.
Their selection is great and I love how everything is back to the roots of how the stores are supposed to be, with all the Gothic dark items.
However, that being said, I absolutely despise their sales tactics that they use.
They have sales where if you buy one, you get something 50% off.
Or you buy 2 items the third Item is free, what they don't tell you is that that's a lie, you will never get anything for free and you will not get any item for 50% off.
You can look at the screenshot that I shared after I did a survey for them and I mentioned this and this is their response.
So they're completely OK with using false advertising.
You will never get an item 50% off and you will never get the free item that you're supposed to get, ever.
So because of this, I will never be back to any Hot Topic ever again.
And I have been a lifelong customer and it ends today.
Because I don't like tricky tactics like this.
It's also, not legal.

We always spend to much money in here. The whole family loves this store. I don't think we've ever been here and didn't spend $200.

The visit to this store was awesome, I took my granddaughter and she loved it, the store was having some great sales that we wasn't aware of that was great for my pocket book. The store was very clean and everything was easy to find , very clean! The cashier we had well she was amazing very patient. I would definitely recommend this store, the sales are very good along with the bonuses you get after you make your purchases.

Always a great experience! The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and get their customers all without being annoying. They embrace everyone who comes through the door. My daughter is 18 & just got her 2nd pair of hot topic pants. She is also a Cosplayer. We had done a photoshoot of her in her costume and then headed to Hot Topic since we were in town. The staff was sooooo enthusiastic and welcoming!

I have shopped at this particular location quite a bit off and on over the last few years. I have always had a good experience regarding customer service.
The lady who manages the place (her name is Lorna if memory serves correctly) has always been cool and I highly recommend shopping there, with the variety of merch you are almost certain to find something that suits your taste.
The only legitimate gripes I can make is that the floorspace is quite limited (they do make impressive use of vertical space) and due to changing tastes amongst the shopping public, the chain as a whole doesn't seem to carry nearly as much Goth merchandise as they used to.
As a side note, the getup I'm rocking in my portrait which I also use as my avatar is 90% from this store.

I'm in a wheelchair because I had ankle surgery. The staff went above and beyond to help me around the store. They were incredibly kind. They made me feel like a valued customer rather than a burden due to my temporary disability. I absolutely will be returning to this store for all future Hot Topic purchases. If you guys see this review. Thank you so much.
