About ICM
ICM is a not-for-profit organization that provides home and community-based services to seniors and people with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout Arkansas. ICM began in 1988 and currently serves over 400 people and has over 700 team members.

ICM cares deeply for the individual. There's not enough words to describe the amazing support they bring to families across the state. The growth and progress is the most beautiful thing to watch.

My son began going to ICM in June of 2019. They are very friendly and caring. He is able to get job training on-site and they also have time to socialize which helps to build their social skills. I’m very pleased.
