I’m glad she is there to help because going back to my phone from a mistaken phone that they gave me is pretty much a big problem and besides my phone was already shipped so they settled it there and allowed me to have the new phone. I've been a customer for 12 years. There is no one I would trust more with my communications than Verizon! This store has some awesome employees, I love coming here for new devices! Way more fun than picking them out online.

“?This is about the Xfinity STORE on University? I was having the usual trouble trying to communicate with Xfinity (that’s the AKA for Comcast) and out of desperation decided to go to this store and speak to a human face.
It was like a completely different business!!!
Clean, quiet, courteous, handled my issues quickly, no upsells, and NO OBSEQUIOUSNESS! I was flabbergasted, but in the most pleasant way (shoutout to Nicole, my new Xfinity friend)!
If you’re having Xfinity troubles —and EVERYONE will eventually— I recommend a trip to the store. Please be nice! ?”
