“Excellent customer service. The staff here are competent, courteous and committed to customer satisfaction. The went the extra mile to help me get the best deal for my mobile phone service. I am enjoying some great features. Having been a AT&T customer for over 15 years, I was a bit nervous about switching, I am glad I did. Since switching I have been able to talk to a human being within a maximum of three minutes of calling and there are periodic phone calls from customer service to ensure I am satisfied with their device.
