“Most Positive Phone Store Experience Ever
I visited this store for the first time on Friday, April 10th. Visiting phone stores can be a gamble and I wasn’t sure how it would go because I had a niche request. I wanted to activate my new barbie flip phone to get away from mindless scrolling and time-sucking apps.
I was assisted by Reggie, who was very kind and understanding navigating the process. Not too many people want to do this, and he very patiently figured out how to set me up for success.
The store manager, Jeanette, came out to put the finishing touches on the activation. She was so kind and funny and didn’t judge me for wanting a flip phone. She understood my desire to go smartphone-free! I had the best time talking to her and Reggie. They even gave me a cool hat. Whatever they’re getting paid, T-Mobile should double it! These people are lovely and I have never had such a positive experience with a mobile provider. My only regret is not getting a group pic for this review. I’m sending all my friends over!”
“I just wanted to give Marianna a 100% shout out for her exceptional service. I went to the Benton location and they couldn’t figure anything out. Marianna in 10 min did what Benton couldn’t in 45. Absolutely wonderful service thanks!!”

I've been a customer for 12 years. There is no one I would trust more with my communications than Verizon! This store has some awesome employees, I love coming here for new devices! Way more fun than picking them out online.

“?This is about the Xfinity STORE on University? I was having the usual trouble trying to communicate with Xfinity (that’s the AKA for Comcast) and out of desperation decided to go to this store and speak to a human face.
It was like a completely different business!!!
Clean, quiet, courteous, handled my issues quickly, no upsells, and NO OBSEQUIOUSNESS! I was flabbergasted, but in the most pleasant way (shoutout to Nicole, my new Xfinity friend)!
If you’re having Xfinity troubles —and EVERYONE will eventually— I recommend a trip to the store. Please be nice! ?”
