The first tax preparer did not answer the questions correctly so my taxes were wrong. The second preparer charged me over 100 more to fix it. When I questioned why the fees increased no one could answer my question as they did not know. As I was writing the review the first preparer was reading over my shoulder making hateful remarks. I do not recommend anyone in this office. More training is needed.
