Absolutely horrible customer service. I called and asked for 3D printing filament on 4 SEPARATE occasions, and every time they said that they carried it. I arrive at the store a few days later, ask the lady at the front (of whom was the only nice, helpful person) and she directs me to an aisle. I search, and search, before asking another employee, who tells me in a VERY annoyed voice that they don’t carry that. Then tells me to check online.
Thanks for wasting my wife and I’s time, after telling me repeatedly that you sell filament. I will NEVER return to any of these stores. Absolute travesty of customer service, and zero basic knowledge of products within the store.
If you call here, ask them to physically hold the item in their hand, or more than likely, you’ll waste your time. I wish I could give 0 stars.

My wife went in to look at fabrics. She found what she wanted, and we checked out. The store was neat and organized, and the staff was friendly and professional.

Staff are nice and helpful. Store has plenty of choices with regards to textiles for apparel and other projects. The price of items for lights and accessories for sewing can be a bit more expensive compared to other stores, though. If all you need are threads, needles and simple stuff, better get it for less at other stores. If you want to pass the time checking out magazines for your next project, then this is the place for you if you can get a seat.
