The courts are well-used, especially on Saturday mornings and weekday evenings, with friendly and helpful volunteer ambassadors keeping things organized. A walking path surrounds the park, providing a pleasant place to meet people and enjoy a stroll. The picnic area is secluded and perfect for lunches or relaxing outings, with nearby toilets for convenience. Additionally, the park includes a skatepark with four sections, including a large pool and a half pipe, suitable for skaters of different levels. The skatepark is well-maintained, with smooth concrete in newer areas, and features benches and a covered seating area. The community of skaters is friendly and respectful. Families can enjoy the playground and walking their dogs around the park. While the park offers many amenities, the street and parking areas are in poor condition. Overall, Kanis Park is a highly recommended destination for outdoor fun, socializing, and recreation in Little Rock.
It's a nice park, a lot of things to do there. I gave 4 stars because of the poor condition of the street and parking areas.

Friendly people inviting to out of towners. Courts set up for, beginner, intermediate, advance. Volunteer Ambassadors keeps things moving. Lighted for night play. Trees around the 6 courts provide cooling shade.

Thank god they up graded Kanis park! It needed it. The kids needed a safe place to be a kid. Thk u god!!
