My experience tonight at 1900 north Polk has been horrible. My day was already hectic before this incident this afternoon just made it worse. Around 2 or 3 before I pick my son up I arrived at kroger to shop for me and family I forgot a few items,
so I called and spoke to Cindy around 4 or 5. Told Cindy I forgot yogurts, cheese, and tomatoes. Cindy she said I can get my items replaced I had to grocery shop for myself, disabled family, and pick my kids up so I got stuck in traffic. Around 6 I finally made it back to kroger. Remember I had to grocery shop for myself, disabled family, with that being said I made a mistake and brought the wrong receipt back in. I made a mistake like this receipt because I had a few receipts from early when I purchased separate items around the same time. I had different receipt to pay for my things and my family items separately. They management was going to replace my items until I said I had the wrong receipt. So suddenly the security thought it was a great idea to laugh at my situation and accused me of getting over so I could not get my items replaced. This is horrible customer service from the security and the management, the female security guard is unprofessional. I now for sure a worker put the items back that I purchased earlier around 2 or 3. How do I know because I got 5 packs of key lime yogurt and I left one last four pack of key lime in the fridge. So I know for sure no one stole my yogurt all 5 4packs of yogurts was back on the self, i noticed when I came back to get my items replaced. Unfortunately I had to tell my family I forgot their items I couldn't bare that so I purchased them all over again because I was given such a hard time. I really want my refund I paid twice for the same items and I have proof the workers put the items back on the shelf. That means I spent 40 buck twice for the same items. I just wanted the items I paid for after I forgot the items the workers put them back on the shelves the workers should have known the items were paid for. May I get the owner to reach an look at the cameras. I really don't want to have to stop shopping with you all. I have a lot of family in that area we all shop there most of the time I go for them and myself, I will have to stop spending our money there if this issue is not resolved.

Many empty shelves. May be in a “dead zone” because couldn’t access internet to use my digital coupons. Positive was there were two cashiers, so there was no wait time.

The store is small, so the parking lot tends to fill up on weekends. Inside, the store is relatively tidy, making it easy to find what I was looking for. The vegetables and meat I purchased were very good.

I was trying to get out of my parking spot and one of those workers who give you your order online didn't let me get out, she saw me leaving, she stood behind my truck and didn't move her cart, I told her if she moved a little bit please so I can go out and he ignored me!!!

Every time I come to get a money order, money services is always closed. They never have a worker there. All they have to say is we can’t find any staff. It’s never open. Why can’t management operate money services.

This Kroger location has gone from bad to WORSE, since spring. Low stock on..EVERYTHING! Food pick up service is a joke. And don’t try to go 15 minutes before closing because they will NOT, let you in because they “have to get to my other job”! Even though this Kroger on North Polk is 3 minutes away from my, i’ll go to the superstore down Cantrell!

However, during peak hours, the wait times at checkout could be a bit long, suggesting a need for more cashiers during busy periods.One area that could use improvement is store cleanliness and organization. While most sections were tidy, the aisles in the grocery section were occasionally cluttered with restocking carts, making navigation a bit challenging. Additionally, the deli and bakery sections could benefit from more frequent cleaning to maintain a pristine appearance.Kroger's pricing is competitive, and their loyalty program offers good value with regular discounts and personalized coupons. The app is user-friendly and makes it easy to keep track of digital coupons and promotions.Overall, my experience at Kroger was positive. The store offers a broad selection of quality products at reasonable prices, with friendly staff to assist customers. With some improvements in store maintenance and organization, it could provide an even better shopping experience.

The night crew here are so unprofessional all the way up to management.Customer Service greets you with what you need?! while the manager tells her to find him a girlfriend and the other staff is walking around spraying each other with air freshener
