Terrible. They stole $80 from us by sending our curbside order to the wrong car. The manager refused a refund. Will never visit this dump again.

On 11-17-24 I Went to Kroger at 10pm and it’s says that they close at 11pm but they told all the customers that pull was pulling up that they was closed very inconvenient if you guys close at 10pm the website should be updated to that other wise corporate should look into why are they closing early

I've been shopping at this Kroger and two other local Kroger's for over 30 years. I will never shop at Kroger again. Not that online customer service cares. They are even worse than "customer service" in store. Update your photo id policy online to not include passports guys. Some of us have had our cars and state IDs within our cars stolen so we have to walk 9 hours out of our day to three Kroger's that don't follow online policies.

Horrendous and unprofessional customer service experience. I understand being understaffed, but I wasted 3 days trying to get a simple receipt reprint from a few days earlier. Not even the store manager was courteous enough to offer compensation for the wasted time and effort I made to not be helped a single time. Never coming to this Kroger's ever again.
Their "Guest Services" area closes in the most needed time of the day and opens back up at like 5, 5:30, 6p. All depending on the time of when the associate shows up which can be late.

I was here just long enough to buy a couple boxes of cereal. In that time I had at least five employees greet me with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly salutation.

Today was the first time I visit this Kroger, and had a horrible experience. The teenager lady at checkout accused me of snatching receipts from her hand, and the checkout lady next to her (short hair middle age lady) passed racist comments. Stated “it’s in their culture to snatch receipts. They all do that”. I was terribly hurt by those words and when I told them that it’s racist to say that, she didn’t even care to apologize. None of those ladies helped me pack things into bags and ended up making me feel like hurt. Management must look into it and make them answer for such behavior.

I was visiting the store for my aunt for some cough medicine and a bald black man with a hat and a durag wouldn’t sell me the medicine on the register because he said I didn’t have my id to purchase it I find this very disturbing that he turned me away because I wanted medicine when did the stores start carding people for cough medicine I will not be back and this young man should be taught a lesson

Ruth and Jackson in the pharmacy are amazing!! I had a few questions and was changing the administration of my prescription and they were extremely knowledgeable and were able to help me so much! They were nothing but kind as well which made all the difference!
