I have been shopping at this Kroger since it reopened and each time is more disappointing. The employees working the cash registers (not the self-check, which is a mess) are always great, and the produce is fine. Self-check seems to work best when an employee isn't trying to manage the line (by moving friends ahead of the other customers). It's not the most organized store. If you have to choose between this store and the Markham location, this one is better.

The cheese selection is magnificent. I haven't been to the store since the tornado, but I'm taking for granted it was restored to its full glory. Hard to find Stilton with Blueberries (ahhhh), but they always have it. Five stars.

I love this store (Rodney Parham) and the staff. Most urban grocery stores have bad vibes. This one is always pleasant and keeps things stocked much better than is normal. Also, for an urban store the produce is fantastic. If you have a bad experience here, then talk to management. They care and can help resolve your issues.

On this day Kroger loss all respect. First time in 48 years that I had been Accuse and treated as a Thief for helping a disabled person in self check out line. I was trying to avoid a mistake because of Kroger system that read a item didn't ring up and on the screen clearly showed that it had. So I personally went to get help (thinking that I was doing something right) then everything went wrong. Asking the question why is it saying but showing the item has been Register. Now the disabled individuals did have a month worth of food in their cart. But it was because they were using EBT so that made me understand the reason for so many items. The staff was very disrespectful and even going to the Extinct of Threadning to slap the disabled man. Once they saw that EBT was being and who steals using EBT?????
(No one)!!! I stop ringing the other items because of the disrespect Total of items $273.18
If there wasn't 8 people in the cashier line and only 1cashier then self check out wouldn't been used. It was so stressful that the man had a Seizure coming out of the store because of the overwhelming of insults and stress. I ask the manager to view the footage in store and the footage that I recorded
( Self explanatory footage)
Now I personally ask the manager to apologize for starting this misunderstanding. She could even apologize controll her staff because of pride.
These no Excuse for disrespect to anyone. That what a store is for from 1 item to a Basket full of items
No one should be disrespect so stressful that he had a seizure for being over Overwhelm in the stressful Situation
Store :Kroger Colonial West
In Little Rock Arkansas
I have contacted four churches showed Video to start a Protest against this store.
Lawsuit can happen but getting money will not solve this problem more needs to take place

It was my first time coming to this place. The products were relatively neatly displayed inside the store, so it was easy to find what I wanted. I was generally satisfied with the fresh vegetables and fruits I could buy.

The gentleman that works in the self check is always so cheerful, helpful and polite. I’ve dealt with him a few times and he’s consistently courteous. He deserves special recognition because he makes all my experiences very pleasant and keeps me coming back.

This store is allergic to having their employees at registers. They would rather have the customers do all the work… Huge downfall with this store along with it not carrying as much as the Cantrell or Chenal store. Also the deli department is like rarely open and go on breaks at random times…

This is the second time I’ve had to literally send an email to Kroger about their Seafood counter person. So today the problem was with Jim. He seems to think he’s not apart of customer service or doing his job. I always try to give people the opportunity to show that they can always make-up for their wrong. But boy was I wrong. I know I won’t be back. I’ll continue to drive to Hwy 10 to get what I need. I wish they would’ve of never reopened this Kroger. Energy wrong. Attitudes wrong and just not worth even being in the community at this point.
