I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a cake for my son's birthday at least 2 weeks ago, it was supposed to be done today Friday January 31st at 8:30 this morning. I called @ 3:30 and it hadn't been made, they didn't have the right stuff to make it, and the baker was off. Now we have to scramble to find a cake for tomorrow. Never again!

Bathrooms were nasty!! Including women's bathroom. This need to be fixed!! Will never stop here to use bathroom again. I didn’t even have time to take pictures it was so bad! No toilet paper in either bathrooms.

Been coming here for over 25yrs. I'm tired. First was the becoming a member, then it was the app for digital, now they have 5 for 5 AND they want you to pay for some new orange tag bs. Here's a thought, why not just give us the best price you can? I'm also tired of seeing one price on the shelf and it not being reflected when I check out. I'm tired of dealing with your employees who could care less. You do have a couple of really nice/good employees, but most are not.
You want me to check myself out? Fine, then make it scan like the employee's scanners. I'm tired of waiting for it to tell me it's ok to scan the next item. It's TOO SLOW. Heaven forbid it can't keep up, then I have to wait for an employee to meander over, not say a word to me, scan their card to get it working again.
WHY IS THIS SO HARD?!!!

It would seem every time I come here every cart I choose sounds like a 100 decibel choo-choo train on rusty tracks. For a company that makes huge profits off human hunger, they don't seem to have time to fix or purchase new carts. Also, why are big box stores like Kroger still not allowing checkout cashiers to sit while they do their job?

Such sneaky manipulative scuzz bags. Prices on a few of the nectarines and peaches claim to be $0.99/ lb but when you check out they are $3.99. check out lady said they can't honor the deal price and just pulled the tags off.....this happens all the time here. High time for a class action law suit as this is done all the time...

I will never use their pick up service again. I actually like Kroger because of their more variety of organic items. They made me wait over two hours for my grocery order and failed to let me know until I got there to retrieve it. Do not shop at this location. Save yourself the time.

About fed up with all these big stores like this. All they care about is making money to the point of being deceptive with their sales, and they do make and have the big money yet have all these worthless "managers" that can't get the most simple things fixed. Doesn't matter which store it is. So ready to be completely independent from all of them, from big food altogether. I pray these places lose all of their business.

I certainly think it's unfortunate that when you call customer service it takes them over 3 minutes to answer their phone just to answer a 15-second question.

I love this Kroger location! They have everything you can think of, and the clearance section usually has some cool saving. My absolute favorite Kroger!

I prefer shopping at Kroger. Produce is fresh and they have everything I need.
Update: I love their deli section. Great selection for those who enjoy making charcuterie boards

I just bought strawberries, and there were some white little worms on some. So I just had to throw them away ? thank god I didn’t eat them. Will never buy my strawberries from Krogers again!

Kroger on hwy 10.... One star.
They need to step it up a few notches.
No employees could be found in the customer service area.

No employees could be found in the clothing area.
No employees could be found in the home goods area.
Dressing room area was unattended and no employees could be found.
Zip, nada, zero employees.... Where were they??
* There were employees in the check-out areas. Good to know, however, if you need assistance anywhere else in the store, you're out of luck.

Never shopping there again. The prices on the shelves are NOT what we get charged.. and they even checked the price and would give me what was marked. BAD business
