The gym has refused to cancel my membership despite making multiple attempts to, they have still been charging my credit card.I called again, and they said I need to “go in person” though I no longer live near any esporta location.

If I could do -5 stars I would but is not an option yet.I went to workout on Monday to this location and brought a guest with me that already had a VIP pass from me and the rude lady at the entrance did not want to let my guest in, saying that he needed to pay for a daily pass which is $40 for only one day. He even scaned his vip QR code and went through just fine. I pay more for my membership just so I can bring a guest and have access to all clubs action the US. I been a member for over 5 years. Tuesday, I went to use the sauna for 20 minutes and you can clearly see on the gym location and time they close at 10pm. Well I arrived at 9:30 with plenty of time to use the sauna and the rude lazy guy at the entrance just said after i scanned I cant go in passed 9pm and its company policy. Imagine the frustration? Why is this not on your schedule online ? Why does your personal have to be so rude when talking to customers? They literally treat you like they don’t care or want to help you. Im going to be canceling my membership because this is unacceptable, I been to over 30 different locations and never had this issue. I hope higher management gets rid of these unexperienced customer service guys. This kind of service is unacceptable for the price you pay here. Very disappointing…..

Closed during winter storm for the entire week while the roads have been normal for the past several days…. I’m not willing to continue paying for membership to a gym that can’t operate when roads to gym are fine…The Little Rock athletic club and other gyms like planet fitness NEVER CLOSED!!!!

It is not possible that this gym has been closed for days if everything is fine now, this way of working does not seem right to me, I have to cancel my membership, it looked good for Esporta but now I think the opposite, or maybe they are planning to close for a full week . It does not seem fair to me. other gyms are open they should open too.

I love the new crew here at ESPORTA off university ! For months i had been holding off on going to the gym . I finally received a call from them welcoming me to come in . At first I was nervous because I wasn’t sure what machines were best for me or how they worked , but when I tell you the trainer introduced himself and we got straight to it , this man had me doing football workouts on the very 1st day along with workout and meal plan ideas 10/10 would definitely recommend if your serious about being in shape .

My rating is for the pool only. I was on a business trip and looking for a gym near my hotel but also my work.I appreciated that the nighttime associate who answered the phone was very helpful in answering my questions to the best of his ability.The facility itself looked rather large. I only stayed downstairs, used the locker room, showers, and lap pool.The pool was smaller than I would have liked but it was clean and uncrowded. The temperature was far too warm for a traditional lap pool, but I assume their clientele is typically older.Locker room and lockers were big. The showers too. I do wish there were towels (especially since I was not local). Also there was no swimsuit water extractor. Both a huge bummer because it was free freezing when I visited and I had to keep my wet suit in my car during my work day.I didn’t get to try out the sauna but I was glad to see a gender specific one in the locker room.

Customer service is absolutely terrible. I have been a member for a year to the LA Fitness locations, personally friends with a manager. I have now been to two different Esporta locations in Little Rock and NEITHER one had me use a guest bar code to get in, the front desk would do it for us. Until this very time I had the rudest friend desk woman give attitude the whole time about setting up the guest pass on my App and even WALKING OUT after an hour of working out she was saying comments while we were walking out, loud and having my husband and I hear it purposely. I will be contacting the general manager to file a complaint on how unprofessional this employee is.
