Excellent La Quinta! It was quiet, very clean, service was friendly, and breakfast was great. The only negative in the experience was that the elevator was out due to an electrical surge earlier in the day. They were very accommodating and had us on the 2nd floor so it was no problem at all. Very close to a Walmart, Starbucks, Paner Bread, etc.

I have been staying here for a few weeks for work and I just love the staff! Convenient location as well. Walmart and some great restaurants are so close! I travel with my dog and I have absolutely no issues, they love her lol.

We stay at La Quinta several times a year. We would never stay at this location again. Rating from 0-10Beds=0Pillows=0Cleanliness of room=9Cleanliness of hotel=7Front desk p.m.=7Front desk a.m.=1Breakfast=0I won't hold this against all La Quinta's because we've always enjoyed our stay and the complimentary breakfast but this location needs some serious TLC

A worker at this hotel walking in your room unannounced without knocking and saying housekeeping. I had the safety latch on that prevented the worker from coming in further. This complaint was brought to the front desk attention. I'm sure nothing was done about this worker trying to come into my room twice in one day unannounced. So, if you stay at this hotel make sure you use your safety latch and do not disturb sign to keep out unwanted guest.

Firstly, I was waiting for over 10 minutes in the lobby and no employees were to be found. There is no front desk bell, so I tried knocking on counters, speaking loudly for assistance, and even called the front desk phone so it would audibly ring. Still, no employees came to the front desk. So, I stepped behind the desk and into the back office to ask for assistance. I know non-employees are not allowed behind work stations, but I felt helpless as clearly nothing else was working. Upon getting the attention of an employee, she proceeded to repeatedly scold me for stepping 5 feet behind the counter and completely disregarded the fact that I had been waiting for several minutes and tried several other avenues of getting her attention. When attempting to check in, she informed me that since it was after midnight, my entire 3 night reservation had been canceled. There was no phone call, text message or email informing me that our reservation was automatically canceled. The employee also informed me that I would still be charged for the reservation since I had failed to show up, even though I was actively trying to check in. The flawed system is surely not the employees fault, but to say that the employee was rude and unhelpful in the situation would be an understatement. She even told us to come back at 7am and try with another employee. So, I wait several minutes for assistance and get scolded by the employee, have my reservation cancelled without my knowledge, and am still being charged for the night in question. All in all, I had to find another hotel for the night and will never be staying with the rude and broken Wyndham system again. It is Wyndham's policy to leave guests stranded at 3am in spite of a reservation.

For it to be 2am & sleepy, The Front Desk Clerk was very nice, helpful, and quick. She even cracked jokes with me to wake me up. As I was checking out she stopped me to go grab some breakfast for my trip home, which is greatly appreciated. The room was great and bigger than expected. I didn't stay long but her service and the room made it a great. Thanks!

Front desk staff was wonderful! Room was very clean! Breakfast was good but the serving staff seemed irritated ( not sure why).Rooms: Very nice and very clean rooms!

Our other hotel was supposed to have reserved an handicap room with walk in shower we changed rooms three times I called LaQuinta the gentleman was super nice understood he had us an room when we got there it is awesome hotel will stay here everytime from now on when we have to stay over

The location is great for the convenience.The reason I gave 3 starts because the manager front desk was nice when I told her about my room the toilet did not work on the morning, she gave me some discount off.We returned for one night on the way home, but the hotel was changing the carpet and dusk everywhere. I mentioned to the front desk (not the same one), he ddid not help but made a face?The breakfast was good for the stay.

Staff and location were good. The hotel was so dirty...the hall carpet was disgusting; I didn't even want to walk on it with my shoes on! Our shoes stuck to the floor in the hotel room, and the carpets were dirty. I will not stay here again.

NEVER COMING BACKMe and my boyfriend were traveling out of town for my birthday and made reservations for this hotel days in advance with a printed out confirmation of our booked room for the evening. Upon arrival at roughly 10:30pm, we were greeted (in a very rude and put out way) by the night manager, Mr.Moore. My boyfriend then says we have a reservation and shows him the printed confirmation along with his ID. He denied us access to our PAID FOR ROOM for absolutely zero reason and continued to verbally harass us while my boyfriend is trying to come up with a solution to please the NIGHTTIME MANAGER. He then follows us out all the way to my car.NEVER WILL I BOOK WITH LA QUINTA AGAIN

We had a quick turn around but the room was clean and the breakfast was good. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

The hotel's quality changes from visit to visit. My last visit was marked by a front desk clerk telling me I couldn't handle climbing the four flights of stairs to our room due to the elevator being out of service.With the elevator being out, I asked if we'd be given any type of consideration for our troubles. I was thinking a discount, a cold soda, or even a cold bottle of water. He said we could check-in and deal with it or go somewhere else and forfeit our money since we prepaid.The breakfast has been an issue on every visit. Orange and apple juices that don't taste anything like orange or apple juice. Sausage that was several days old on one visit and just plain horrid the next.

Worse place to stay. Elevator was out of order. Was not able to get a key to work so we could. It leave the room without having someone let us into our room. In an assessable room on the 2nd floor. Shower didn’t not work. Who takes baths in a hotel. Terrible

Very pleased with our stay. Efficient and friendly staff. Dog friendly which was a deciding factor. Very clean in all areas. Good breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.
