  If I could give this place no stars I would. She was rude and condescending from the moment I walked in. Normally I wouldn't care and would chalk it up to her potentially having a bad day or whatever. Either way people being rude to me doesn't usually bother me or spurn me to write a review. But thanks to this lady I no longer have a job that I wanted and needed. I am not on drugs so peeing in a cup is no problem for me but I can understand why someone would look at me and think I am it's happened before and being judged like that stopped bothering me a long time ago
  It was pretty apparent she had made up her mind about me from the second she laid eyes on me and I get it. I have a lot of tattoos and I'm twitchy as hell I always have been couldn't tell you why. Add in to that I had just walked up 7 flights of stairs I'm a smoker and 48 years old and I was a sweaty shaky out of breath mess on top. So I know what I look like and understand. But I am also not on drugs so a pre judgement shouldn't have been an issue. I had no sooner shut and locked the door when she was on the other side saying she needed that sample because of temp I hadn't even peed in the cup yet to give you an idea of how little time had passed. Not only that but in all the urine tests I've taken for jobs over the years not one has ever required me to provide as much as this place apparently does. It was at least double what any other place has ever asked me for ever. So all in all from the time I shut the door till I handed her the sample no more than 5 minutes had past. She proceeded to tell me that it wasn't reading a temperature at all nothing which is impossible even if I was trying to use a fake sample not enough time had passed for it to not even register a temp. Clearly an issue with temp strip. Now she told me I had 3 hours to provide her with another sample since that was how much time until the closed but if I even set foot out the waiting room it would be a fail. Ok fine but I had a specialist appointment for my kid in 45 minutes that took me a year to get but I still could have pounded enough water to give another sample if they accepted the amount any other place would. But I can't drink enough water to generate 2 cups of urine in that time window my body doesn't work that way I tried I sat in the waiting room and drank water trying to reschedule my daughter's appointment which the next opening they had was 3 months away. So I had to choose between a job I desperately needed and my daughter spending the next 3 months in pain .
  And even with all that it still wouldn't have been enough to drive me to write a review it was just a perfect storm of
  Bad luck that worked against me it happens. But as I was telling a friend what happened it turns out they went to the same location about a year ago and pretty much have the exact same thing happened to them they were told temperature was wrong and they had to give another sample except they had the time to stay so the next sample they gave wasn't enough even though it was well over the temperature strip. And they were unable to urinate again before the location closed for the day which equaled a failed test. With that and the other reviews I've seen of this place and what sounds like the same employee clearly this a pattern. Now I know all this is tldr and I know there's not a damn thing this is going to change for me but maybe this won't happen to someone else

  Still waiting 9 days later for a urine culture! Ridiculous! Should take 72 hrs at the most.

  Very friendly and speedy! Tawana knew what she was doing, never felt her drawing at all. Definitely needs a raise! Seriously though, very quick and painless appointment.

  Just had an appt at this location. Called ahead since we are expecting a winter storm today. They were open- if you call this local number- select 7 for their front desk when the recording first starts- you will reach the receptionist who was very friendly! They were open as long as the weather permitted and were encouraging people to come in before noon if you have an appt scheduled.
  
  I am always nervous going to someplace new bc I have to have a cane for short distances or wheelchair for longer distances. Once we figured out how to get into the parking lot, it was a breeze! Parked in front of the Walgreens entrance, handicapped parking was right by the front entrance- no steps! Elevator was just inside the entrance and the lab is on the 7th floor- just to the left off the elevators. Checked in at the kiosk and took a seat. Was called back for my lab work within 3 mins! Super quick and pain free! From start to finish, exceptional service and would recommend to those who might be nervous when it comes to getting their blood drawn! Especially if you have mobility issues- this was a great location- thank you!

  I ordered a test for a patient, five days ago, to be conducted, yesterday. I don't think the patient arrived, to provide a sample, and I can't get anyone on the phone to tell me if she did or did not arrive, for the test, and I have received no communication on the matter. When I call, I can't get a person on the line. Very disappointed. The phone system is clearly designed to prevent you from speaking to a human.

  Worst customer service ever! I went in to have labs drawn because I have poor veins. Never made it past the front desk. Thier machine to check in was broken and I did not see the sign. The lady behind saw what was going on and could have said something like the machine is not scanning if you will put in your information manually.
  But instead proceeded to speak to me like I was an idiot and then like a child. When I called her out on how she was speaking to me she proceeded to speak over me. I am paying for a service and being treated poorly. I don't think so! She had a lady next to her that continued to mouth off the entire time. I understand getting people to work is not easy but poor service is a bigger issue!!

  They did my blood work quick and the lady was nice and professional while drawing my blood and I was in and out fast.

  I was able to check in at the kiosk in about 2 minutes. Scanning my driver's license and insurance card made it so much faster.
  
  I arrived just after 8am on a Monday and they were pretty busy, but even though there were 4 people waiting ahead of me I was in and out in 30 minutes. The tech was very friendly and professional.

  This place is the worst place I've ever been to to take a drug test I've been here for over two hours staff are rude and make you feel rushed when you are trying to provide urine don't recommend coming here ever!!!

  Great experience. I checked-in on my phone and waited in the waiting room.
  Terrance was the smoothest phlebotomist I’ve met. His technique is 10/10.
  He didn’t deliberate too long and got the job done professionally.

  Incredibly rude staff. The unfortunate day I showed up, they were out of a particular vial. What should have been an easy draw, turned into more vials than I've ever seen taken. So many vials they had two trays to hold them. I felt weak and and wanted to sit longer and the hag technician told me I had to go. I couldn't bend my arm for an entire week because the bruising was so bad.

  Front desk is incredibly rude, all the negative reviews about this place are true. If I didn't have to go to a LabCorp facility I wouldn't have gone here. Ty in the back is very pleasant but that is the only positive remark for this location.

  I had a great experience getting my drug test done for work at this location. The staff was friendly and quick. Ty was extremely personable and kind.
