My experience with this dealership was phenomenal! Their customer service was amazing and especially the service department. They treated me with kindness and respect and they made sure that my vehicle was serviced and back to me in excellent condition! I have never experienced this before at any other dealer and I have been to a few dealerships to have my vehicles serviced! Great service Land Rover of Little Rock! My hat off to you and your team!!!!

Made time for me although they were booked up. Left my vehicle on a trailer and came back to it being finished. Also the man who locks up helped us with our trailer and we appreciated it. Thanks Kelly for working with us and calling me as well when it was done. Wonderful service!

Great service. I was in and out in less than 2.5 hours. Oil was changed, vehicle updated, tires rotated, pressure checked the radiator, washed vehicle, changed battery in key fob, and ate plenty of snacks in the waiting area. Couldn’t get any better. Thanks

My Rover was in your shop for over 2 weeks... I would like to thank & praise Kelli for keeping me informed of the progress of my repair. She was professional, courteous & knowledgeable. I realize that most customers are not happy to spend thousands of dollars on repairs & can respond irritated w the process which makes her job tough. In my experience, there were a couple of unexpected repairs after the initial coolant repair was completed. She did an excellent job in helping me understand what was going on & stayed late so that I could pick up my car. I truly appreciated that!Thank you Kelli!~Marla Sams

I had a previous issue months earlier with my engine.My check engine light came on , I reached out to MattHe got me on same day and updated me on why the check engine light came on.He gave me a print out and explained to me in full detail my next steps. Exceptional service! The entire staff is always professional, knowledgeable, and courteous from sales to service. I have purchased several vehicles from them, and will continue to do so. I took my Jaguar to the dealership in April 2023 for a simple oil change and a coolant leak.For weeks I was mis lead and giving the run a round as to when my vehicle would be fix.After several messages to the individual who helped which I will address him as D. He told me day after day my car would be fix,that was not the case. Months went by. Then in May I got a call saying my vehicle was ready for pickup.I pick it up and had to return it the next day due to it was no oil in the car and a part to repair the coolant leak was on back order and never fixed properly after been told every was fine.Yet again lied to. By this time I'm fed up, I request to talk with some one else who mentioned it was no oil in the car and the engine was blown. By thus time I'm sick and have been out of a car for 2m with no rental car.The good thing about it the actually took accountability and own up to there wrong doin and agree to replace the engine and at that time I was given a rental car. Month passed and finally September 8th 2023 I finally got my car back.This is the worse dealership ever. The person there tell liesBut what I will say is the manager Matt Rouse was professional and because of him I didn't seek counsel.Im still upset about the situation but will be okBe sure if your dealing with anyone at Land Rover,Jaguar and Volvo. Get things in writing and hold them accountable for there action. I'm sure I'm not the 1st and will not be the last that something like this would happen too.Sign - Still Angry

Upon arrival I spoke with Don. He was absolutely amazing! He's NOT the reason give them such a low rating. The remaining of the staff were horrible. I got mixed solutions for my vehicle from multiple others in the servicedepartment. I was very glad to be able to speak with Don. He broke everything down for me and put it in laymen's term so I wasn't clueless on what they were doing. He was very helpful. The rest of the company could benefit from how he handles customers.

We purchased a preowned Range Rover in 2022 from Owens Murphy. It was in the shop 2 different times between June 2022 and June 2023 for computer related issues. The last time it had to be towed because it thought the parking brake was engaged and wouldn't drive. It was towed by Range Rover's towing service. The mechanics determined after fixing the computer issue that that the tow truck driver winched the vehicle down too much on the bed and broke some parts resulting in extra costs to fix the vehicle. (Note this was not the same issue we were having initially) We were told by the manager that we would need to pay for the parts to get the vehicle back quickly and that Range Rover would reimburse us since it was their tow truck driver that caused the extra damage. Needless to say, that after months of getting the run around Range Rover is refusing to pay us for the parts their tow truck drivers broke saying that they don't do that and that whoever told us that they did was mistaken. So, beware of this scam if you should find yourself in a similar situation or better yet purchase somewhere else.

Look I'm not the easiest person to deal with and I know it. But I had to share this cause I was so amazed..I make it to the dealership looking at the selection they have and out of nowhere I hear a voice and I'm looking around nothing. So I'm like the truck is talking to me but no instead this little bundle of joy appears from the other side of the vehicle and proceeded to help me with my quest to own a RR and her name is Madison. Very knowledgeable answered all my tough questions ,to the point I had to go soft, cause like I said I'm not easy to sell. She got to me,, All I Cas say is great employee and great service.. if you looking for a honest deal and a great sales person. This is your dealership and Madison is your salesperson ...I will definitely send everyone I know your way...Thanks
