“My family has used Freeze for many years to clean couch cushions and upholstery and they have always done an amazing job getting those items back to new condition.I recently unboxed my mom's wedding dress (which my late grandmother handmade) to find it was not properly preserved. It had 40 years of age spots and was the dingiest yellow. I was HEARTBROKEN. Ms. Kamran at the Arkansas Fashion School recommended I bring it to Freeze to see what they could do to save it. I was hesitant to leave the dress at a cleaners, knowing it could easily be ruined and gone forever. When most people would write you off as "its just a dress, calm down," the lady at the front desk took time to tell me what they would try and eased all my stress with her kindness. She assured me it was in good hands and they would see what they could do. Talk about under promising and over delivering!The dress was ready 2 weeks later (exactly what they told me when i dropped it off) and it looks absolutely amazing!! Yolanda, who did the restoration, got every single stain out and brought it back from dingy yellow to a beautiful ecru and all the lace is back to bright white. Its rare to find people who care so much about their work and take such pride in it, she is truly a treasure. I cannot thank Freeze enough for saving my mom's dress and giving me the chance to wear it for my own wedding, THANK YOU!!!!10000/10 Recommend!! “Neighborhood laundromat...the attendant doesn't enforce the rules. People hang out, using the wifi and the restroom, panhandling...the washers and dryers work. The attendant usually starts cleaning up too early, he even mops with people inside, making for a possible accident.”

“Moose's has the best service! SHAUN (hopefully I spelled it right) immediately found $20 in the pocket of a pair of jeans I dropped off for dry cleaning and returned it to me. I appreciate her honesty and high value customer service. Moose's is where I always take clothes for dry cleaning. Next day service is great! If anything gets damaged in their care they compensate for it. I highly recommend the Otter Creek Moose's Dry Cleaners location.”

“Miss Kay and her crew are on point when it comes to drop of laundry service! I've done disaster restoration all over the country, Puerto Rico, and Canada. Miss Kay and her crew are the best. She worked with me and made sure our crew had the terry towels, mop heads, contract labor vests and shirts and personal laundry ready everyday. There were days I dropped off a 100 pounds a day of lau dry (dried) and Miss Kay had it ready every day. Kudos to Miss Kay and her crew! By the way, her price is WAY to reasonable. Miss Kay and her crew God love ya for making my job easier in Little Rock for 30 days! I saved your number in my phone and I'll see ya when I see ya. Lol. God bless”
