I have visited, what feels like, every salon from Cabot to Little Rock, just trying to find one I liked. Then I discovered Lily's nails. They're consistent, they have great hours, facility is clean, and the staff is nice. I always have a pleasant visit when I go and I always, always leave happy with my nails!

Today was my first, and not my last, visit to Lilly's Nails and I was not disappointed. Upon arriving I was greeted by a young man by the name of Will. He was very polite and professional. After a brief discussion regarding my service preferences, I was directed to a pedicure chair and introduced to my service technician. Even though hedid not know or speak much English, he communicated very well with gestures. The gentleman did an awesomejob during the pedicure. He was gentle with my feet and the massage was wonderful. Prior to applying my polish, I was able to get fabric from my car so I could match the color of my outfit with the polish. Application of the polish was very meticulous and I was very pleased with the technician who was assigned for my pericure. When I first arrived there weren't many customers, but that changed during my time in the pedicure chair. All technicians were working with customers. So much so, that I had to wait for a technician to complete my appointment. I started with a young lady and ended with Will, the young man who greeted me when I arrived. Will and I held a nice conversation during our service encounter and throughout that time he often asked if I was pleased. I was. He even apologized for my appointment time running a little long. I appreciated his sincereness. Would I recommended this business....yes, indeed I would and do. I will also returnServices: Nail art

I was looking for a nail place while on a quick getaway. Lilly's came up on a search and I decided to check it out. Walked in and they got me seated right away. It was so clean!! And the wonderful woman spent so much time on my nails. Price was perfect. I wish they were local to me. Everyone working there was kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

Jenny was fast and friendly. She looked at my reference photos and did exactly what I wanted. The end result was absolutely perfect. My nails were gorgeous, symmetrical, and better than I imagined they would be. I am very pleased with this salon. Everyone was super nice! (Nails are a week old in pic.)

James was awesome and quick! I was a walk in and he got me out in less than a hour. I got a gel manicure with a design on my natural nails. I showed him a picture and he picked my favorite color without me having to say anything. Massage and hot towel were a great way to unwind from the service. Was ok. Waited an hour after my appointment to be worked on. Toes a bit disappointed i asked for sparkle and didnt get that so i painted over it when i got home. 35 dollars basic pedicureManicure pretty but very expensive. Was quoted 40 for hands over the phone and ended up paying 80 so i was shocked. It was good but in Houston we got fruit, drinks and wine. It was very quiet. Nail tech did good job though and is very nice. I probably should ask why they charged me double the quote on the phone

I came in for an acrylic set and was serviced by James. He took his time and showed a lot of professionalism. He didn’t rush me out the chair and even stayed an hour after closing to ensure that my nails were done properly. I’m really happy with the outcome and thankful for his patience and attention to detail. Best acrylic set hands down!Services: French manicures

My new favorite nail place in Little Rock! I’ve been to several nail salons in this city, including one quite regularly for several months, but this one is the best and I’m excited to go back. Very clean and pleasant environment, good customer service, and I was really pleased with how my manicure and pedicure both turned out. Thank you for a job well done!

I started coming here a few months ago and I can honestly say that Lilly is the best!! I have gone to so many nail salons before and have never been happy about my nails but every time I come to Lilly’s I’m always in love with my nails! I just moved to LR and have been trying to get in here to get my nails done because of the great reviews, and they did not disappoint! Will did dip with tips on my nails and did such a great job, and listened to all of my requests. The salon is clean and all of the employees are very friendly. The environment is lively and fun and you can tell they have a lot of regulars who continue to come back because of the work and amazing customer service! Lilly’s Nails! Just the nail shop I have been searching for! I have been to several local nail salons and haven’t found “my place”. I actually had been turned down because I didn’t have an appointment at one of them just before coming and tried them on a whim. Well im glad I because I was very impressed and I will admit I can be very particular but I truly enjoyed my experience there. They have a number of polishes to choose from and are even meticulously organized by color and style. The salon itself is impeccably clean. You can tell they take pride in this. You don’t feel like just a number as Lilly makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in the door, even if she has a customer. Alma did my pedicure and she was very sweet and did a fantastic job. I didn’t feel like I was being rushed. Lilly did my acrylic gel manicure and she did a perfect job. She really pays attention to detail and even took the time to educate me on how to make my nails last as long as possible. She is also very funny with a great personality and I really enjoyed chatting with her. I give them 5 stars and look forward to returning.Services: Gel manicures

I was recommended to Lilly’s Nails by my sister-in-law who had gotten her nails done by Lilly for her wedding. I was at the salon by 10:50 waiting in line to make an appointment. Lilly opened at 11:00 and I was the second one in line and one of her staff members immediately started working on my manicure. Very professional and very clean business. Lilly holds a great conversation and is precise in her work. 5 stars and a happy customer!

This is the third time I go to Lilly’s Nails and each time I have received great service and Lilly never disappoints. I took my niece with me this time and we both loved how our nails came out.
