Terrible customer service. The workers have zero accountability for when they make a mistake and instead are extremely racist and love to accuse their customers of shoplifting. It sucks that the workers ruined my family's experience with LOFT because we normally love the quality of the clothes.

The Loft is a welcoming and friendly store that I recommend to anyone looking for a nice update to their wardrobe. The five stars is for the exceptional customer service and attentiveness that the staff gives to every customer. A BIG shout out to Megan and JP! I gave three stars bc I absolutely loved the lady in the store. She was adorable and extremely friendly! However, the prices and selections of clothes were absolutely not for me!! $120 for a swim suit cover up!? No ma'am!!

The LOFT spot is conveniently located in MidTowne Shopping Center. The ladies here are sweet. Someone always greets me when I enter the store and offers a dressing room for me whenever I am holding an item. I love that this store has a wide range of sizes which is very helpful! My favorite is when they have additional 40% off entire store including sale items. Makes student budgeting much better or more dangerous ;)! They accept STUDENT DISCOUNTS on selected full priced items.

I like this clothing store. Most pieces are of good quality. They have decent sales which is the only time to buy! Most staff is friendly and accomodating.
