I just wanted to say how terribly dissatisfied and disappointed I was with the service I got at this store. The lack of customer service and quality of work. I took in my Nissan Truck on a Monday early morning and was told that I was going to have it ready with just a paint job and installation of drill-less fender flares. I was promised on that Friday. I said I could pick it up on Saturday due to me working. I went back 5 days later in the morning and my truck was still sitting there with no work done to it. I spoke to Josh, the desk person, and he informed me that people were fired and people quit. That my truck was not worked on because of this. I’m pretty understanding but being without a vehicle for 6 days is difficult. I then was told that my truck would be ready on Monday. I went back on Monday and still nothing. My truck was only sanded down and holes were drilled into it for the fender flares. I tried not to panic but I just wanted my truck back. Spoke to Michelle who said she was a regional manager who was so unprofessional. She Promised my Truck would be first on Tuesday Morning. I called Tuesday morning and asked how it was going and no one could give me an answer. Michelle then called me and said that it would be ready on Wednesday. By this time I was infuriated. I ended up going to the shop and talk to Josh. He told me that Michelle had NOT called him or informed him anything about my truck. I ended up BEGGING for them to just paint my truck and let me pay and get out of there. They drilled 32 holes on my truck that I did NOT request. There is NO PAPERWORK on me asking for this type of work requested. When I left the shop my truck was not in the best quality. It had holes and the back lights were NOT connected. The experience has caused me to NEVER EVER go back to Maaco for ANY business. I am total dissatisfied and in order to fix my trucks body to repair the unnecessary holes it will cost me close to $3000.

The owner said that they would have my car for five days because the damage was minor. They had my car three weeks. They called and said that it was ready. I went to pick it up and certain parts they ordered were not installed on my car. When that location opened in the 1990's I was a loyal customer. They painted four of my cars. I didn't have one complaint. MAACO IS A GREAT COMPANY. THEY USE DUPOINT PAINT AS WELL. I MISS THE OLD MANAGEMENT AT THAT LOCATION.

If you want cheap and dirty go here. If not go elsewhere.First time I got it back there was a lot of things wrong with it. Tape all over it. Overspray everywhere including in the truck. Fender wells was painted. Tire was painted. Hood was rough like sand paper. Spot on roof was not fixed. Spot on hood that was not painted. Drips on passenger side doors. Bubbles on rear fender. So I brought it back but the manager was on vacation. So I found the district manager he meet with me and agreed to fix the hood, roof, door and fender. Talked to manager when he got back and he said he would call me to bring it in. That never happened. Finally after a month I got them to set a date to bring it back. I did and a month later I am finally getting it back. It still has tape from the original job and when I got home I noticed there was tape across the third brake light. The repairs are OK. For the price its good enough. The price was great but you get what you pay for I guess.Also don't complain to Maaco. Its not a real company all they do is rent their name. This is the only response you will get: "All locations are independently owned and operated; therefore, all resolutions would come directly from the location."If you go here you have to stay on them to do anything. Management will not call you back. You probably need to go there and make noise to get a response. I believe that was my issue I was too nice. The number they give out on the google review responses is not the direct number it goes to another location and they take messages and you never get a call back.

This is by far the worst place to take your car to they have messed up the hood of my car and has had my car over a month and the paint job is still not completed the mgr is having female problems and therefore he can’t get my car in the proper order. And they will block your number in order not to keep lying to you about your property.

I always like to de a l with reputable businesses I took my car to this place for a small paint job due to bumping into something. Thank God this wasn't major. I learned that they were under new ownership. When picking my car up they repaired it but created more damage and promised me that I could bring it back to be corrected. I went back as scheduled and they said they were too busy and the manager was out not sure when to return that da. While another customer in the store with complaints asking me was I referred there because she was not satisfied either. I wish I had read the reviews first and look like I will have to live with the scratches they put on my car until I find a reliable and professional body shop who has experience in doing a clean job in this profession. Someone asked me for a recommendation for a bodyshop yesterday I just said not these people. I do not recommend them. I have not received a phone call or anything regarding to this issue and error and am not a satisfied customer at all. Never again will I hope to do business here.
Here I am needing another body shop my insurance is sending me but I'm afraid to go here

Jeff saved the day after the paint I chose did not matchthe color of my truck. I was told there would be a problemgetting the original color match but Jeff corrected that. Thanksagain Jeff, I really don't think pink would have looked to good.Thank you to Meaka for her help and I hope you bought lunchfor the guys in the shop with the tip I gave you. Very fine work,thanks to all that had a hand in it.

If there is a ZERO rate, I would put zero for , their work...their customer service, for everything... not even entry-level of working.I had a toyota lexus, when I took ot around the gas station, the front bumber and the splash cover went off. YOU WILL REGRET FOR THE ENTIRE LIFE BECAUSE YOU WENT TO THOES PEOPLE.

Well if I’m being honest I dropped off my motorcycle gas tank and fender on a Monday and was told it would be done by Friday. 2 weeks and some change later I finally received my tank back. The thing hadn’t been sanded nor was the tiny dent filled with bondo. I know it hadn’t been sanded because I saw them hanging the thing unsanded getting ready for paint. The the paint has dips and divots in it due to the lack of prep work. The excuse why it took so long was because I left gas in the damn thing. Okay. Drain the petcock into one of y’all’s cars and there’s a free gallon or two of gas. You’re welcome. Takes 5 mins. To top things off the paint I selected was COMPLETELY different then what was on the tank. It was supposed to be DARK green, instead it’s like a turquoise. This could be due to the fact that they only put one coat of paint on the damn thing. All in all it was a pretty bad experience. And usually I don’t ever write reviews but this had to be said
